Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はアーク溶接機に関し、特に直流アーク
溶接機もしくは直流および交流両用アーク溶接機

曲つてしまう等の不都合があつた。また作業者が
アーク溶接機の近傍を動きまわることが多々あ
り、この場合にも作業者の着衣の一部が受金具も
しくは側面垂直カバーの下縁の切欠きに引つかか
つて人身事故を誘発する原因となつていた。さら
にまた機体と側面垂直カバーとの係合部は機枠の
下部に設けられているため、側面垂直カバーが大
型化して大重力化するにつれて側面垂直カバーを
機枠に取付ける際に作業者が足元にある機枠の受
金具と側面垂直カバーとの係合部の係合関係を確
認することが困難になり、側面垂直カバーの保持
にのみ留意することになる。この場合機枠の受金
具と側面垂直カバーとが係合関係にないときに作
業者が側面垂直カバーの保持を解くと、側面垂直
カバーが作業者の足上に落下して人身事故を誘発

Claims (1)
枠に対して着脱自在に取付けられた一対の側面垂
直カバーと、これらの垂直カバーの上方部に該垂
直カバーよりも水平方向に突出するように取付け
られた上面カバーとにより略被包されてなるアー
ク溶接機において、少なくとも一方の前記側面垂
直カバーの上部内方に、前記機枠の上方部に当接
して該垂直カバーの上下方向の位置決めを行なう
ための係止具が配設されると共に、該側面垂直カ
バーには前記係止具の位置よりも下部に取付孔が
穿設されかつ該側面垂直カバーには鉛直方向およ
び水平方向に略同一突出代の補強部材が前記機枠
側に配設されていることを特徴とするアーク溶接
機。 2 前記側面の垂直カバーの上部内方に配設され
る係止具は水平面に略平行な当接面と鉛直面に略
平行で当接面より下方に突出する係接面とを有す
る形状に形成され、該係止具が前記機枠の上方部
に係止されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
1項に記載のアーク溶接機。[Scope of Claims] 1.
