部4を形成している。5はねじ孔であり、器体1

字形に連設形成し、更にこの溝6と対応するプレ
ート部2には貫通孔7を形成している。この器体
1は熱可塑性樹脂によつて塑造成型することによ
り外部からの衝撃による破損を防止している。ま
た、貫通孔7は必要により複数個形成してもよ
い。そして器体1を塑造成型する降の金型は第2
図a及び第2図bに示す如く、摺動するピンAや
ブロツクBを具備した固定側金型D、可動側金型
E及びスライドコアFとからなつている。8a,
8bは係止部9a,9bを塑造成型するキヤビテ
イであり、第3図a及び第3図bに示す如く、鋸
歯状の溝6や貫通孔7のそれぞれに連通して形成
している。10はコ字状の突出壁であり、同じく
第3図a及び第3図bに示す如く型部Cをずらせ
てキヤビテイ8a,8bを形成すると共に、スラ
イドコアFを突出壁10のキヤビテイを有するス
ライドコアGに取り換えたのち、透光性を有する
熱可塑性樹脂を注型し、舌片9d、係止部9a,
9bによつて溝6や貫通孔7に係止した突出壁1
0を開口窓3の周縁に略コ字形に塑造成型してい
る。係止部9bは、第4図に示す如く、段部9c
を形成することにより一層離脱し難くしてもよ
い。11は接続装置であり、ボデイ12とカバー
13と前記開口窓3に嵌合する表面部14を有す
る表面板15とを組み合わせた熱硬化性樹脂から
なる容器16と、この容器16に収納した刃受ば
ね17とからなつており、表面部14にはプラグ
の栓刃挿入孔18を形成している。19は電線接
続用の錠ばねである。尚、電線の接続はねじによ
つて行つてもよい。20は扉であり、常時ばね2
1の力によつて栓刃挿入孔18を閉塞し、塵埃の
侵入を防止している。22は突起であり、ばね2
1の孔23と係合し、ばね21の位置決めを行つ
ている。この実施例では刃受ばね17を引掛形と
することによりプラグの離脱を防止している。そ
