う欠点があつた。また、合成樹脂製のカバーには
成形時に金型のゲート部分の跡であるゲート跡が
形成されるが、ゲート跡は不要とされて何ら利用
されることがなく、むしろ不要物としてゲート跡
を切断加工する必要があつた。

部に嵌挿するだけで簡単にカバーを函体の前面側
に取付けることができ、カバーと函体との位置合
せが容易な上に取付けにねじ等が不要であり、し
かもカバーはがたつくことがなくて函体から脱落
することがなく、さらにカバーの成形時における
複数個のゲート跡をそれぞれ係止突片として利用
することによりカバーの成形金型の構造を簡略化
すると共にゲート跡を成形後に切断加工する必要
のない函体のカバーの製造方法を提供するにあ
る。

脂を注入して硬化させ、複数個のゲート跡がカバ
ー5の背面側に突出して機器収納部1を有する函
体2の前面側に凹設された複数個の係止凹部3に
それぞれ嵌合される係止突片4として残された状
態でキヤビテイ17より離型させることを特徴と
する函体のカバーの製造方法により上記目的を達
成したものである。

いて略T状をした仕切片6で3つの機器収納部1
に仕切られており、上機器収納部1aにはスイツ
チ7や端子8を、左右の機器収納部1b,1cに
はインタホンブロツクのような表示パネルブロツ
ク9や操作パネルブロツク10をそれぞれ取付け
ることができるようになつている。函体2の外周
面にはつば片11が突設してあつて、函体2外周
面とつば片11の前面側で段部12が形成してあ
り、また函体2には前面側両側縁部の略中央と仕
切片6の中心部にそれぞれ係止凹部3が切欠いて
ある。背面が開口した合成樹脂製のカバー5は函
体2とほぼ同じ大きさに形成されていて前面には
機器収納部1b,1cと対向するように方形状の
開口部13が穿設してあり、またカバー5を函体
2に取着したとき各係止凹部3と対向するカバー
5内面側の位置となる開口部13の内縁部には複
数個のゲート跡である複数個の係止突片4がそれ
ぞれ突設してある。すなわち、カバー5を塩化ビ
ニル樹脂のような合成樹脂で射出成形するさいに
第5図のような金型14のスプルー及びランナー
15を通つた合成樹脂はゲート16を経てカバー
5成形用空間であるキヤビテイ17に流入する
が、キヤビテイ17からカバー5を取出すとカバ
ー5には金型のゲート16部分の跡であるゲート
跡が残るので、内面側でこのゲート跡がカバー5
の係止突片4として函体2の各係止凹部3と対向
するようにしてカバー5を形成してある。しかし
て機器収納部1b,1cに表示パネルブロツク9
や操作パネルブロツク10を取付けた後、各係止
突片4を対向する係止凹部3にそれぞれ嵌挿する
と共にカバー5の背面側内縁部を段部12に嵌合
して函体2にカバー5を取付け、開口部13から
表示パネルブロツク9や操作パネルブロツク10
を露出させて警報装置を形成してある。上述のよ
うに函体2の前面側に設けた複数に係止凹部3
に、各係止凹部3と対向するようにしてカバー5
の内面側に設けた係止突片4を嵌挿してカバー5
を函体2に取着できるから、カバー5と函体2の
位置合せが容易であり、しかもカバー5の取けに
ねじ等が不要であつてカバー5を簡単に函体2に
取付けることができる。またカバー5は複数の係
止突片4を対向する係止凹部3に嵌挿して函体2
に取付けられるから、カバー5を函体2に強固に
取付けることができるものであつてカバー5は函
体2に対して前後左右にがたつくことがなく、カ
バー5は函体2から脱落することがないものであ
り、従来不要で切断する必要があつたカバー5の
ゲート跡を函体2への係止手段として積極的に利
用できるものである。

複数個の係止凹部に嵌合するだけで簡単にカバー
を函体の前面側に取付けることができるものであ
つて、カバーと函体との位置合せが容易な上にカ
バーの取付けにねじ等が不要であり、しかもカバ
ーはがたつくことがなくて函体から脱落すること
がないものである。また、このように複数個のゲ
ートを設け、このゲート跡が係止突片となるよう
に金型を加工しておくのみで成形後における複数
個のゲート跡をそれぞれカバーの複数個の係止突
片として利用することができ、カバーにそれ以外
の特別な係止突起等を設ける必要がなくてカバー
の金型の構造が簡単となり、また複数個のゲート
跡はいずれもカバーの背面側に突出するので、成
形されたカバーの使用に当たつては外部に露出せ
ず、外観もよいものであり、またカバーのゲート
跡を成形後に切断加工する必要がなくてカバーを
安価に製造することができるものである。
