である。 It has a design function, such as the operating knobs of switches in consumer electronic devices, and needs to be treated with decorative processing to avoid scratches, stains, damage, etc., and maintain its aesthetic appearance. When processing design parts using plastic materials using the molding method, there are some problems with the appearance of the molded parts during the handling, packaging, transportation, and assembly of individual parts up to the assembly process after molding. Particular care should be taken when handling the parts, as they may cause scratches, stains, damage, etc., and special consideration should be given to the contents of the packaging when transporting the parts. Therefore, the cost is higher than that for structures, mechanical parts, etc. The purpose of the present invention is to protect the appearance of parts and enable easy packaging during handling and packaging. In particular, the present invention aims to protect the appearance of parts and enable easy packaging. This is intended for use when the product is removed from the mold and used before the product assembly process or by cutting the assembly process gate.

法がとられる。 Conventionally, when molding multiple pieces of the above-mentioned operation knob using plastic material,
The layout is shown in Figures 2 and 3,
The material washed out from the spool 3 is molded into a shape with knobs arranged on both sides of a runner 4 placed in the center. If many of the same knobs are used in a device, molding is performed to reduce assembly man-hours. Instead of cutting the rear gate opening 5 immediately, a method is used in which the gate opening 5 is cut before the assembly process or after a plurality of simultaneous assembly processes.

In the conventional configuration where the knobs 8 are arranged on both sides of the runner 7 from the spool 6, by providing runners 9 extending outside the row of knobs 8 at right angles from both ends of the runner 7, an H-shaped runner shape is created. While doing so,
A pin 10 is provided near both ends of the runner so as to be higher than the tip 11 of the knob 8, and a pin 12 which is one step thinner than the pin 10 is provided above the pin 10.
Further, there is a hole 1 which allows the pin 12 to be inserted into the back side of the runner where the pin 10 is provided and which is longer than the pin 12.

There is no need for packaging materials, reducing packaging work, packaging man-hours, packaging material costs, and increasing the number of packaging storage personnel. In addition, the design of knob 8 is protected by runners and pins during handling. For,
It is possible to reduce the risk of scratches, stains, and damage to the design area.

A protrusion is provided in the vicinity of each of the four tips of the H-shape in a direction perpendicular to the runner, and the protrusion is made higher than the height of the product. A multi-piece molded part characterized in that a hole is formed on the back side of the runner of each of the protrusions into which a one-step narrower protrusion can be inserted, so that the multi-piece molded parts can be stacked and connected.
