There is also known a filter press which is vibrated by a spring to make it easier for cake attached to cloth to separate and fall. In the above-mentioned filter press, by separating the plates, the upper part of the cloth is sufficiently tilted and vibrated so that the cake adhering to the cloth detaches and falls, but the lower part of the cloth below the stock solution supply hole Since not only the transmission of vibration was small but also the inclination angle of the cloth was small, it was difficult to remove the cake attached to the bottom of the cloth.

There is known a cake removing means in which the cake attached to the tape is squeezed with a tape clasp to release and fall (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 10618/1983). In this known cake release means, the overlapping efficiency of the stock solution differs between the overlapping part of the cloth body and the tape and the non-overlapping part, so that an even overflow cannot be obtained, and the tape is inputted after separating the plate. The drawback was that it took time to remove the cake because it was slid. In addition, in the above-mentioned known device, the tape near the stock solution supply hole is twisted and bent, and does not slide smoothly;
Tape stretched far away from the stock solution supply hole
Since the cloth is far away from the plate, there is a large difference in the movement of the tape near the stock solution supply hole, and the sliding movement of the tape is uneven over the entire surface, which is actually detrimental to the separation of the cake. Something happens. It is conceivable to perform the sliding of the tape mechanically, but this would be impractical because the mechanism would be complicated. Moreover, the above-mentioned cake removal means cannot be applied to the fabric of a center feed type filter press, since the tape will block the stock solution supply hole when the stock solution supply hole is provided approximately at the center of the plate.

This is known (see Utility Model Publication No. 43-28775). This partitioning and grooving means has the disadvantage that the cake cannot be automatically removed at the same time as the plate is separated, and the cake must be peeled off manually at each partition using a scraping spatula or the like. Ta.

におけるケーキ離脱装置である。 That is, in this invention, a cloth is hung from a cloth hanging rod supported by the lower end of a spring provided above a plate, and when the plate is separated, the cloth is tilted and vibrated by the spring. In the filter press, a net that is suspended from a cloth hanger via a hanging string from a cloth hanging rod and has approximately the same extent as the cake adhering surface is placed so as to face the cake adhering surface of the cloth, and a suitable place on the lower side of the net is covered with the cloth. This is a cake removing device for a filter press, which is characterized in that it is fixed to the filter press.

They are engaged via the shaft 4. A support piece 5 is rotatably attached to the intermediate portion of the link arms 3a, 3b.
A cloth covering rod 6 is supported in the width direction at the other end. The engagement shaft 4 protrudes inward for a short length, and a tension coil type spring 7 is suspended from the protrusion 4a, and a cloth hanging rod 8 is supported in the width direction at the lower end of the spring 7. Cloth 9 is placed on cloth hanging rod 8.
is straddled, and the left half of the cloth 9a is stretched on the board 1 side with a cloth tensioning rod 6, then applied to the surface of the board 1, and fixed at the stock solution supply hole 10 of the board 1. Next, several tape-shaped hanging strings 11 are hung on top of the cloth 9 hung on the cloth hanging rod 8, and the hanging ends of the hanging strings 11 are placed at approximately the same height as the oversurface 1a of the board 1. Spreading net 12, 12
is suspended so as to face the cake attachment surface A of the cloth 9 stretched on both sides of the plate 1, and the net 12
is fastened B to the cloth 9 at several locations on its lower side 12a. In the drawings, 13 is a liquid discharge passage, and 14 is a liquid communication hole connecting the upper surface 1a of the plate 1 and the liquid discharge passage 13.

のである。 In the above embodiment, a large number of plates 1 are arranged in parallel and pressed together to carry out the sieving, and at this time, the cake adhering surface A of the cloth 9 is pressed together with the screen 12 by the pressure of the raw solution supplied into the sieving chamber. 1 side 1
It is pressed against a. When the plates 1 are successively separated after the completion of the process, the cloth 9 is tilted as the link arms 3a, 3b open and is vibrated by the spring 7, as shown in FIG.
The net 12 is tilted sufficiently away from the cloth 9 and is vibrated, and the vibration of the net 12 is transmitted to the lower part of the cloth 9 through the attachment part B between the net 12 and the cloth 9, and
The cake attached to the bottom part is easily separated and dropped.

In addition, in the embodiment, the stock solution passage hole 12b is provided in the center of the net 12, but since the mesh lines of the net 12 are thin, even if the stock solution passage hole 12b is omitted, there is no problem in supplying the stock solution. Does not occur.

However, if the plate 1 has a sealing structure, for example, the frame part 1b of the plate 1 is made of synthetic rubber or the like. If it is provided in a structure covered with an elastic material, it may be a round fiber cord. Furthermore, when a vibrator 15 that vibrates the hanging rod 8 is used in combination, the cake will be easier to separate and fall. Furthermore, if the net spreads wider than the outer surface, the sealing performance at the frame portion 1b will deteriorate, which is not preferable.

In particular, in the conventional center feed type filter press, it was difficult to remove the cake attached to the bottom of the cloth, but according to this invention, the bottom of the cloth is fixed to the bottom edge of the net, and the net is removed from the surface of the cloth. At the same time as the cake is pulled apart, the vibration of the net is transmitted to the lower part of the cloth, so that the cake is effectively separated and fallen.
