Conventionally, various methods for producing laminated decorative materials having wood grain patterns and the like have been provided. For example, as shown in Figure 1, upper molds with curved surfaces facing each other can be polymerized with each other.
The core part 1' of A' and the cavity part 3' of the lower mold B' are also formed, and back plates 2' and 4' are attached to these, respectively, to constitute a molding die. The fritches 6' are obtained by inserting a laminated material veneer 5' between them and press-molding them, and then slicing the fritches 6' along the X--X line to assemble the fritches 6'. There is a method of forming the decorative material 7'.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to form a plurality of removable replacement block parts in the core part and the cavity part, and to make it possible to replace the molded block with these replacement block parts as necessary. Thus, it is possible to provide a mold for laminated decorative material, which enables the production of laminated decorative materials with a wide variety of wood grain patterns using a single mold without requiring new production or replacement of the entire mold.

以下、図に沿つて本発明を説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

2 and 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, of which FIG. 2 shows the upper side A of the molding die. In the figure, 1 is a core portion formed on a back plate 2 and having a curved surface 1a;
Approximately cylindrical exchange block portions 8 are detachably attached to a plurality of locations within the core portion 1. As shown in FIG. 2B, this exchangeable block part 8 is formed with a substantially convex side surface and is separated from the core part 1 before processing the mold, and at the same time as processing the curved surface 1a, its upper surface It is formed into a continuous song. Next, FIG. 2C shows a molded block 9 which can be replaced with a replacement block part 8 and attached to the core part 1 if necessary. The molded block 9 is composed of a substantially cylindrical base 9a and a surface layer 9b made of an elastic material such as hard urethane, and its overall length is slightly longer than the exchange block 8. Here, forming the surface layer portion 9b from an elastic body means that
This is effective in improving adhesion with the material veneer in contact with the surface layer 9b and maintaining continuity with the curved surface 1a around the surface layer 9b.

Similarly, as shown in FIG. 3, a lower mold B is formed, which includes a cavity part 3 having a curved surface 3a that overlaps the curved surface 1a, a back plate 4, a removable exchange block part 8, and a molding block 9. Necessary parts of the mutually corresponding exchange block parts 8 of the mold and lower mold B are replaced with molding blocks 9. At this time, the replacement block portion 8 and the like are attached and detached by removing the back plates 2 and 4, respectively.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a case where a large number of veneers of material 5 sandwiched between a core part 1 and a cavity part 3 and laminated together with an adhesive are pressed. The surface layer 9b of the molded block 9 that slightly protrudes from the curved surface of the molded block 9 is elastically deformed from the position initially shown by the imaginary line as shown by the solid line due to the press pressure, and becomes well adapted to the material veneer 5 that is in contact with it. . As a result, the raw material veneer 5 near the forming block 9 becomes slightly wavy when viewed from the side as shown in Figure 5, so the laminated decorative material 7 sliced from the frit after pressing has the shape a in Figure 5.
Slight variations in the wood grain pattern can be formed as shown in the figure. Incidentally, FIG. 6 shows the laminated decorative material 7' and the corresponding parts when the molding block 9 is not used.
Indicates a′.

Next, FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the exchange block part 8 and the molded block 9 to be replaced as appropriate are both formed into a substantially prismatic shape, and the other configuration is the same as that of the previous embodiment. This is similar to the example. Although not shown, the lower mold B also has substantially the same configuration as the upper mold A.

Next, FIG. 8 shows another molding die that shares the same principle with the present invention. In this example, a core part 12 is formed by gathering a large number of rectangular prism shaped molding blocks 11 in a matrix, and this core part 12 is made to protrude from a base 13 to form a mold body 14.
Each molded block 11 is attached to a height adjustment bolt 1 attached to a base 13 via a fixing ring 16.
5, and the head 15a of this bolt 15
By rotating the bolt 15, only the molding block 11 is moved in its length direction without moving in the axial direction, and the height of the molding block 11 protruding from the base 13 can be adjusted. In other words, it has approximately the same structure as a vise. When using, molding block 1
1 to a predetermined height, a sheet 17 made of an elastic body is placed on top of the sheet 17 as shown in FIG. , slice the fritches in the same manner as described above to form decorative veneers. In this example, if the height of each molded block 11 is adjusted using an NC device or the like, there is an advantage that fine adjustments or changes in the desired wood grain pattern can be made immediately. Furthermore, the molded block 11 may have a cylindrical shape or a hexagonal column shape.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of removable replacement block parts are formed in the core part and the cavity part, and these replacement block parts can be replaced with molding blocks as necessary, so that a new mold can be created as a whole. Laminated decorative materials with a wide variety of wood grain patterns according to needs can be easily and quickly manufactured using a single mold without the need for production or replacement, reducing the cost of molds and laminated decorative materials. There are other effects.
