DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial nameplate in which a nameplate is artificially manufactured by laminating a large number of veneers in a bent manner and slicing the same. 2 and a lower mold 4 whose upper surface is a bent surface 3, a large number of veneers 5, 5...
- is pressed to form a flitch 6 in which veneers 5゜5... are laminated, and the upper and lower parts of the flitch 6 are placed in upper and lower molds 2 and 4.
The upper and lower parts of the flitch 6 cut at the cutting surfaces 7 and 8 that are inclined with respect to A large number of veneers 5, 5... are pressed between the bent surface 11 of the mold 10 and the bent surface 12 of the lower mold 9 which has been bent by the bent surface 1 of the upper mold 2. The present invention relates to a method for producing an artificial nameplate, which is characterized by forming a flitch 13 in which veneers 5, 5, . . . are laminated, and slicing this flitch 13.

A flitch 6 is formed by laminating and pressing a large number of veneers 5 between an upper mold 2 whose lower surface is a curved surface 1 and a lower mold 4 whose upper surface is a curved surface 3, and the flitch 6 is sliced. Conventionally, the production of artificial nameplates by this process was carried out using the steps shown in FIG.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1a, a large number of veneers 5 are pressed between the upper and lower molds 2 and 4 to form a flitch 6 in which each veneer 5 is bent into a wavy shape and laminated. horizontal cutting surface 14,
The flitch 6 is cut at 15, and the upper and lower parts of the flitch 6 are used as a lower mold 16 and an upper mold 17, and horizontal cutting surfaces 14 and 1 are formed.
Slice the flitch 6 between 5 to obtain the nameplate.

By arranging the upper and lower molds 9 and 10 horizontally in this way, the upper and lower molds 9 and 10 are arranged in an inclined state with respect to the state formed by the upper and lower molds 2 and 3. In the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the convex portions of the bent surfaces 11 and 12 of the upper and lower molding molds 9゜10 protrude more than the convex portions of the bent surfaces 1 and 3 of the upper and lower molds 2゜4. The recessed portions of the curved surfaces 1 and 3 are recessed more than the recessed portions of the curved surfaces 1 and 3.

Note that the upper and lower molds 2 and 4 are installed in a press machine in a state in which they are parallel and inclined with respect to the horizontal plane.
A flitch 6 is formed in between, and the upper and lower parts of the flitch 6 are cut using horizontal cutting surfaces 7 and 8 (that is, they are inclined relative to the upper and lower molds 2 and 4) to form upper and lower molds 9 and 10. You can also get it.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the upper and lower parts of the flitch formed between the upper and lower molds are cut with a cutting surface inclined with respect to the upper and lower molds to obtain the lower mold and the upper mold, the cutting process is performed. By obtaining upper and lower molds by varying the angle of inclination of the surfaces, it is possible to obtain various bent shapes for the flitch formed between the upper and lower molds, and various shapes can be attached to the nameplates obtained by slicing the flitch. It is possible to produce nameplates with various wood grain patterns without the need to prepare many types of upper and lower molds.
