Conventionally, breakers have been used exclusively to dismantle roadbeds made of asphalt, concrete, etc., but when they are used, they make a lot of noise and cause pollution. For this reason, recently, a bucket-shaped roadbed stripping device has been developed that makes no noise during roadbed stripping. It is true that the roadbed can be peeled off without noise if this is used, but it still requires a large hydraulic drive force and is often peeled off in the form of large chunks of roadbed, such as several tatami mats. It was bulky to load, and had the disadvantage of being extremely inefficient as it could not carry a large amount of cargo. Therefore, in reality, the large block of roadbed is often broken down into smaller pieces using breakers and the like before being loaded. In addition, recently there are roadbed crushing devices that crush the roadbed with scissor-like devices.
This not only required a large amount of hydraulic driving force, but also had drawbacks such as being difficult to dismantle in small pieces.

Therefore, the present invention fixes the bases of two arc-shaped side claws to the outer casing, arranges an arc-shaped central claw between the two side claws, and pivotally supports the base of the center claw on the outer casing. By making the central pawl swingable by a hydraulic cylinder and by forming the lower surface of the central pawl as a sharp point, or by fixing an arcuate plate between the lower surfaces of the two side pawls, This eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, as it is possible to peel off the road very well, and also to break or crush the roadbed for efficient disassembly.

To explain the operation and effect in detail, as shown in FIG. 9, the shovel at the end of the sub arm 12 of the shovel loader is replaced with the roadbed peeling and crushing device of the present invention, and the tips of the claws 3 on both sides and the center claw 5 are aligned. Then, the tip side is pushed into the inner surface of the roadbed made of asphalt, concrete, etc. (see Fig. 5), and then the cylinder rod 8 is moved forward and slid appropriately by the hydraulic drive of the hydraulic cylinder 7, and the swing arm 6 is moved. When the central pawl 5 is rotated counterclockwise in the same figure as shown in FIG. 6, the tip of the central pawl 6 is The roadbed rises and the strong reaction force is used to make it extremely easy to peel off the roadbed. Therefore, the conventional type of peeling device that simply uses the entire peeling device only applies a peeling force that is raised by the second hydraulic cylinder 15, third hydraulic cylinder 16, etc. of the shovel loader, and cannot fully utilize this force. However, in the present invention, since the reaction force of the claws 3, 3 on both sides can be utilized, the roadbed can be easily peeled off even with a small amount of hydraulic pressure.

After peeling off, as shown in Fig. 7, the upper surface sides of the claws 3 on both sides support the lower surface of the roadbed made of asphalt, concrete, etc., and the sharp points on the lower surface side of the center claw 5 When the center pawl 5 is rotated clockwise in the figure as shown in FIG. 7 through the swing arm 6 while being pressed from above the roadbed by the shaped portion 5b, the side pawls 3, 3 and the sharp-pointed portion 5b of the central pawl 5 can easily break or crush the roadbed. To explain this in detail, since the sharp-pointed portion 5b is formed on the lower surface of the central pawl 5, it can be made to bite into the roadbed with a small amount of hydraulic driving force, and it can be easily broken.
The roadbed is supported by the upper surfaces of both side pawls 3, 3, and the force of the sharp portion 5b acts as a concentrated load in the middle of the roadbed. The shearing action caused by the shearing force (force) makes it possible to crush the material very well. As a result, the roadbed stripping and crushing device of the present invention can be used to disassemble it into small pieces, eliminating the need to further dismantle large blocks of roadbed material using a breaker, etc. as in the conventional method, and reducing the bulk and bulk of loading onto dump trucks. can be loaded extremely efficiently.

Next, in the invention of claim 2, in the structure of the invention of claim 1, by fixing the arcuate plate 9 between the lower surfaces of the two side claws 3, 3, the side claws 3, 3 are fixed. , 3 and the arc-shaped plate 9, it is similar to a conventional bucket cart, and it is possible to easily load crushed or crushed roadbed lumps such as concrete into a dump truck, etc. By placing the lumps on the roadbed and swinging the central pawl 5, they can be crushed into even smaller pieces by pressing with the sharpened portions 5b. As described above, the roadbed stripping and crushing apparatus of the present invention can perform a series of operations such as stripping, breaking or crushing, and loading of a roadbed made of concrete, etc., and can perform extremely efficient roadbed stripping and crushing and loading operations.
