いるため、調理器内部で発生した蒸気は二重構成
の蓋内に流入することなく、確実に外部に排出さ
せることができ、また蒸気板は柔軟性材料で形成
され、かつ上面部材の透孔と下面部材の透孔間を
連結する筒状体に、下端フランジを筒状体の内面
に形成された溝に嵌合させることにより取付ける
ようにしているため、従来のように蒸気筒を下面
部材にかしめ固定したもののように、下面部材に
アルマイト加工を施した場合におけるアルマイト
皮膜の割れということはなくなるとともに、蒸気
板自体も深い絞り加工を必要としないため、加工
による割れということもなくなり、さらにはその
組立もきわめて簡単に行なえる等種々のすぐれた
効果を奏するものである。
