け、かつこの筒状体の下端部を、前記下面部材の
透孔の周縁部より上方に突出形成された段部に弾
接させて蒸気の外部への排出路を構成するととも
に、前記筒状体の内部に蒸気孔を有する断面略逆
U字状の蒸気板を取付けているため、調理器内部
で発生した高温の蒸気が二重構成の蓋内に流入す
るということはなくなり、その結果、確実に蒸気
を外部に排出させることができ、また蒸気板は深
い絞り加工を必要としないため、加工による割れ
が発生することはなく、しかも蓋の組立は、下面
部材の段部に柔軟性材料で形成された筒状体の下
端部が弾接するように下面部材を上面部材に組込
むだけですむため、その組立作業性を著しく向上
