DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the structure of a refrigerator box in which a foamed-in-place heat insulating material is filled between an inner box and an outer box that integrally form a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment.

Generally, the outer box flange 1a made of iron plate is located on the upper surface of the flange 2a of the synthetic resin inner box 2 in order to form the magnetized surface of the permanent magnet-containing gasket attached to the door side of the opening periphery of the refrigerator main body. . Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the front surface 5a of the partition wall 5 that is inevitably formed from the inner box 2 that integrally forms the freezer compartment 3 and the refrigerator compartment 4 becomes a problem.

That is, the front surface 5a of this partition wall 5 is the freezer compartment 3,
When combined with the outer box 1, since it is formed on the periphery of the refrigerator compartment 4 and is usually formed on the same surface as the flange 2a located inside the flange 1a of the outer box 1,
Only the front surface 5a of this inner partition wall 5 is located at a place recessed from the outer case flange surface by the thickness of the flange 1a of the outer case 1.

In the case of such a refrigerator, the door gasket (not shown) does not fit well, and A.
Not only will a gap be created at point B (FIG. 1), but since the partition wall 5 is made of synthetic resin, the permanent magnet of the gasket will not be magnetized on this surface. As a means of magnetization, it is often done to fill the space between the outer box and the inner box with foam insulation material, and then attach the iron plate 7 as shown in FIG. 3 using the front part of the partition wall reinforced with the foam insulation material. However, the flatness of the front surface 5a of the partition wall after filling the foam insulation material 6 is difficult to obtain, and it cannot be expected that the iron plate 7 will be on the same plane as the surface of the flange 1a of the outer box 1. This is because, unlike other inner box flanges, the partition wall is not restrained by the outer box flange, and because it is located near the center of the refrigerator box, it is most susceptible to the effects of heat and pressure generated during foaming. It's only because of the location.

The above explanation has been based on the case where an outer box and an inner box that have been formed into a shape similar to a box body by welding etc. are combined. In the case of a refrigerator case in which the inner box is integrally formed with the outer box formed by temporarily fixing the ceiling plate, side panels, bottom plate, etc. (for example, by caulking or clamping structure), the outer box Since each member forming the inner box does not have much force to restrict the deformation of the inner box, it is almost impossible to ensure flatness even to the partition wall.

The details of the present invention will be explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in FIG. Reference numeral 14 denotes a partition wall that is integrally formed with the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 13. 11a is the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 1
This is a flange formed around the opening of No. 3. This flange 11a and the previous partition wall front surface 14a are located on the same plane. 15 is the ceiling board, 16,1
7 is a side plate, 18 is a bottom plate, 19 is a back plate, and the outer box is constructed according to these item numbers 15 to 19. The members constituting the outer box and the inner box are joined to each other by holding the inner box flange 11a between the holding portions 15b formed on the back side of the flange 15a of the ceiling plate 15, as shown in FIG.

Also, although the connections between each member 15 to 19 are not shown in the figure, there is a caulking or clamping structure, and 20 is the same as item number 1 above.
Outer box and inner box 1 composed of members 5 to 19
It is a foam insulation material filled between 1 and 2. Reference numeral 21 denotes a front plate made of iron plate attached to the front surface 14a of the partition wall 14. The thickness of this front plate 21 is equivalent to the thickness of a flange (for example, flange 15a) formed by each member constituting the outer box. Also this front plate 2
1 is attached by a mounting leg 21a that penetrates the front surface 14a of the partition wall 14 and is inserted into the heat insulating material 20 side. Reference numeral 22 denotes a mounting plate attached to the inner wall (insulating material side) of the partition wall 14. 23 is a high temperature refrigerant pipe attached to this mounting plate.
This refrigerant pipe 23 prevents dew from forming on the surface of the front plate 21. Furthermore, this refrigerant pipe 23 is arranged in the partition wall 14 in a form that is previously attached to the mounting plate 23 mentioned above. The mounting plate 23 is attached to the front plate 21 via the heat insulating form 24 of the partition wall 14. That is, this mounting plate 22 has mounting legs 21 that fix the previous front plate 21.
a, and is fixed to the front surface 14a of the partition wall 14 via the heat insulating form 24. The heat insulating form 22 is used to prevent the front plate 21 from being overheated by the high temperature refrigerant pipe 23; in other words, it adjusts the amount of heat transferred to the front plate. Reference numeral 25 is a heat insulating material such as glass wool having air permeability that covers the refrigerant piping 23, and gas generated when filling the foamed heat insulating material is passed through this heat insulating material 25.
It has the role of letting it escape to the outside through the hole 26 of the partition wall 14 provided for attaching the previous mounting leg 21a. The foam insulation material 20 includes a front plate 21 and a mounting plate 2.
2. It is filled after the insulation foam 24, glass wool 25, etc. are attached to the inner box. Therefore, the high temperature refrigerant pipe can be pressed against the front side of the partition wall by the foaming pressure of the foamed heat insulating material.
At this time, if one end of the front plate 21 is attached to the clamping part 15b formed by the ceiling plate 15 etc. at the same time as the inner box, deformation of the inner box when filling with foam insulation material can be minimized. It is something that can be done.

Generally, as shown in Fig. 5, a freezer compartment 12, a refrigerator compartment 1
In a refrigerator with 3 installed on the left and right sides, the surface regulated by the outer box is approximately flat (the surface for gasket contact), but the surface not regulated (in this case, the partition surface) is drum-shaped. Although there was a defect that the partition wall was warped and could not be flattened, this deformation can be prevented since the front surface of the partition wall is reinforced with a front plate and a mounting plate as in the present invention. Furthermore, if a high temperature refrigerant pipe is attached to the mounting plate, dew exposure to the front plate can be prevented.

As explained above, the present invention forms a front plate on the partition wall of the inner box made of synthetic resin that integrally forms the freezer compartment and the refrigerator compartment, and forms the front plate on the same plane as the flange surface of the other inner box. A front plate such as a steel plate having mounting legs is attached to the partition wall so that the mounting plate incorporating the high-temperature refrigerant piping, which is attached to the front part of the partition wall from the insulation material side, is brought into close contact with the front part of the partition wall. Each member is installed so as to penetrate through the front part and the mounting plate, and a heat insulating material such as glass wool is provided to cover the mounting plate with the refrigerant piping, and the surface of the front plate forms the outer box. The outer box and inner box can be combined without welding, since the flange surface of the box is approximately the same as the flange surface, and the space formed by the inner box and outer box is filled with foam insulation material. Even in the case of a refrigerator box configured as a box body, it is possible to easily improve the flatness of the front part of the partition wall. It can also prevent exposure. In addition, in the present invention, in addition to using the plate for attaching the mounting legs at the front of the partition wall and glass wool to release the gas when filling the foam insulation material to the outside, the foam insulation is added to the high temperature refrigerant piping section using glass wool. This prevents the material from rotating.
