Reference numeral 2 denotes an inner box, which is combined with the outer box 1, and the space between the combined boxes 1 and 2 is filled with a foam heat insulating material. 2a is a flange portion provided on the outer periphery of the inner box 2, which is similar to the flange portion 1a of the outer box 1.

It is located at a location lower than the surface of the outer box flange 1a by the thickness of the outer box flange 1a.

A gap is created as shown at point B, and since the inner box is made of synthetic resin, the front surface of the partition wall does not become the magnetized surface of the gasket containing a permanent magnet.

は極めて困難である。 That is, since the inner partition wall is not restrained by the outer box flange like the inner box flange, the inner partition wall is deformed by the heat and pressure of the foam insulation material. Therefore, since the iron plate is attached to the front surface of the deformed partition wall, it is extremely difficult to ensure the flatness of the iron plate.

という問題がある。 In addition, although the above outer box was explained as being formed into a shape similar to the box body by welding, etc. and combined with the inner box, it is possible to use the adhesive strength of the foam insulation material and construct the outer box without welding. If the outer box is formed by caulking or clamping the ceiling plate, side plates, and bottom plate, the force for restraining the deformation of the inner box is weak, and the deformation of the inner partition wall is even greater. Therefore, there is a problem in that the flatness of the iron plate is even more difficult to achieve.

The above purpose consists of an inner box that integrally forms a freezer compartment, a refrigerator compartment, and a partition wall, an outer box combined with the inner box, and a foam insulation material filled in the space between the two boxes. In the box of the refrigerator, a front plate is provided with a hole provided in the front part of the inner partition wall, and a leg that passes through the hole and locks with a mounting plate provided on the heat insulating material side of the inner partition wall. This is accomplished by attaching the front plate to the front part of the partition wall.

The front surface of the partition wall is reinforced by the mounting plate that locks the legs and the front plate, so the partition wall will not deform even if it is filled with insulation material, and the front plate will not be deformed by the mounting plate. Since it is securely fixed to the front of the partition wall, the front plate can ensure flatness.

2. It is a partition wall formed integrally with the refrigerator compartment 13. 11a is a flange formed around the openings of the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 13. This flange 1
1a and the previous partition wall front surface 14a are located on the same plane. 15 is the ceiling panel, 16 and 17 are the side panels, 1
8 is the bottom plate, 19 is the back plate, and each of these plates 1
The outer box is composed of 5, 16, 17, 18, and 19. Each of the above plates 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
Although not shown in the figure, they are joined together by caulking or clamping. In Figure 6, 2
0 is a foamed heat insulating material filled between the outer box and the inner box 11, which are constituted by the plates 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19. 21 is the front surface 14 of the partition wall 14
This is a front plate made of iron plate attached to part a. The thickness of this front plate 21 is as follows:
It is equivalent to the plate thickness of the flange (for example, flange 15a) formed by 16, 17, 18, and 19. or,
The front plate 21 is attached by mounting legs 21a that are inserted into the heat insulating material 20 side through through holes 26 provided in the front surface 14a of the partition wall 14. Reference numeral 22 denotes a mounting plate attached to the inner wall (insulating material side) of the partition wall 14. 23 is this mounting plate 2
This is a high temperature refrigerant pipe attached to 3. This refrigerant pipe 23 prevents dew from forming on the surface of the front plate 21. Reference numeral 24 denotes a heat insulating foam, which is interposed between the front inner wall of the partition wall 14 and the mounting plate 22. Furthermore, the refrigerant pipe 23 is installed in the partition wall 14 in a manner that is attached to the mounting plate 23 in advance. The mounting plate 22 is secured to the mounting legs 21a that fix the front plate 21, and is attached to the front surface 14 of the partition wall 14 via the heat insulating form 24.
It is fixed at a. The heat insulating form 24 is used to prevent the front plate 21 from being overheated by the high-temperature refrigerant pipe 23; in other words, it adjusts the amount of heat transferred to the front plate. Reference numeral 25 is an insulating material such as glass wool having air permeability that covers the refrigerant pipe 23, etc. Gas generated when filling the foamed insulating material is passed through this insulating material 25 and connected to the mounting leg 21 mentioned above.
Hole 2 in the partition wall 14 provided for attaching a
6 to the outside. The above foam insulation material 20
is filled after the front plate 21, mounting plate 22, heat insulating foam 24, glass wool 25, etc. are attached to the inner box. At this time, if one end of the front plate 21 is attached to the holding part 15b formed by the ceiling plate 15 etc. at the same time as the inner box is attached, the foam insulation material 2
By minimizing the deformation of the inner box 11 during filling with zero, it is possible to minimize the deformation of the inner box 11 during filling.

3 installed side by side on the left and right sides, the flange portion 11a of the inner box 11 that is regulated by the outer box may have a substantially flat surface, but the front surface of the partition wall that is not regulated may not have a flat surface. However, since the front surface of the partition wall is reinforced with a front plate and a mounting plate as in the present invention, these deformations can be prevented. Furthermore, by attaching high temperature refrigerant piping to the mounting plate, dew exposure to the front plate can be prevented.

According to the present invention, since the front surface of the partition wall is reinforced by the front plate and the mounting plate, there is no deformation of the partition wall due to filling with the heat insulating material. Therefore, the flatness of the front plate is ensured, and there is an effect that a refrigerator box that can be firmly attached can be provided.
