Each of the steps above is important and should not be neglected. However, in reality, when it comes to cleaning, with conventional jet-type cleaning devices, fine dirt or air bubbles can remain at the root apex and hinder cleaning, so in order to remove these, water pressure of the cleaning solution is It was necessary to increase the water pressure, but there was a risk that the water pressure would be too strong and break through the root apex. Regarding drying, blowing with an air syringe did not affect the root apex, and if the wind force was increased, it could penetrate the root apex and cause emphysema. These concerns cause mental fatigue to the operator and lead to a decrease in treatment efficiency. Also, for cleaning work, a washer,
Each drying operation requires a specialized instrument, such as an air syringe, which requires skill in operating each instrument, which is extremely troublesome for the operator and reduces treatment efficiency. Moreover, it is also uneconomical to have dedicated equipment for each.

Therefore, the present invention provides a dental microvacuum handpiece that can safely, reliably, and easily perform cleaning and drying with one handpiece by utilizing suction action.

A small diameter tube 11 is formed at the lower end of the adapter 12. A connection part identical to the one-touch coupler type connection part of a dental turbine handpiece is formed at the end of the rear part 3 of the handpiece 1, and the rear part 3 has an axis perpendicular to the axis of the handpiece 1. A ventilate tube 8 is formed. A negative pressure section 9 that generates a negative pressure when compressed air flows through the ventilate tube 8 and the narrow diameter tube 11 are communicated through a suction path 7. head 2
A water inlet 14 is provided at the lower end of the handpiece 1 , and the water inlet 14 communicates with a water channel 6 , and a flow rate adjusting screw 15 is formed in the water channel 6 at the rear portion 3 of the hand piece 1 . Further, from the water inlet 14, the small diameter pipe 1
1 protrudes from the tube, and a pipette 10 which is flexible and gradually contracts toward the distal end is attached to the small diameter tube 11.

出する。 If a hose (not shown) connected to a dental turbine handpiece is connected to the connection part 4 of the dental microvacuum handpiece 1 of the present invention configured as described above, compressed air is supplied. The compressed air passes through the compressed air line 5 and the ventilate tube 8 and is discharged to the atmosphere via a hose 16. At this time, negative pressure is generated in the negative pressure section 9, so water, chemical solutions, dirt, etc. are suctioned from the pipette 10 communicating with the negative pressure section 9, and the suctioned substances pass through the suction path 7 and the ventilate tube 8, and are sent to the hose. 16, it is led to an evacuation device such as a spittoon. In addition, water or cleaning liquid, etc. passes through the water channel 6 and is discharged from the water inlet 14, and is discharged from the small diameter pipe 1.
1. Dispense into the root canal using the outer peripheral surface of the pipette 10.

ある。 When using the dental microvacuum handpiece of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure and operation, water or cleaning water is injected into the root canal (Fig. 4), thereby removing cutting debris adhering to the inner wall of the root canal. etc., and all of them are removed by suction (FIG. 5) without any dirt or air bubbles remaining at the root apex, which was a problem with the conventional method. Also, during the drying process, water droplets adhering to the inner wall of the root canal are completely suctioned, making it possible to obtain a sufficiently dry root canal. As described above, the dental microvacuum handpiece of the present invention allows cleaning and drying to be performed safely and reliably with one handpiece, and furthermore, this handpiece has the same connection end as the dental turbine handpiece. Compatible with dental turbine handpieces. Therefore, like a dental turbine handpiece, it is operated by a foot-operated switch, and since the operator is already familiar with the operation, the first product does not have the usual discomfort of being cumbersome to handle. The handpiece of the present invention can be easily operated without feeling it. Therefore, treatment efficiency can be improved. It is also possible to adjust the suction force by changing the flow rate of compressed air by pressing the foot switch. Furthermore, since a flexible pipette is attached, it can be inserted freely into complex root canals. As described above, the handpiece of the present invention is extremely advantageous compared to conventional handpieces having a single function such as cleaning devices and air syringes.
