れている。なぜならば根管の清掃には更に次のよ
うな細分化された操作があるからである。すなわ
ち、根管内壁に付着している切削屑又は汚物を洗
い落し、根管内に残留する洗浄水、薬液、切削
屑、汚物等を除去し、さらに根管内を乾燥させる
ことである。また上記の洗浄、除去、乾燥の操作
にはその操作別に専用の器具が用意されている。
したがつて、術者は各器具の操作に習熟しなけれ
ばならない。また各器具を購入するという経済的
な問題もある。

件に紹介した歯科用マイクロバキユームハンドピ
ースにて術者は操作性に於いても、経済的にも十
分な製品の提供を受けることが可能となり、上記
の歯科用マイクロバキユームハンドピースにてす
でに十分ではあるが、本発明は上記の歯科用マイ
クロバキユームハンドピースを更に向上させた歯
科用マイクロバキユームを提供することにある。

ツトは可撓性を有し先端方向に漸縮している。ま
た洗浄水供給源5とハンドピース本体1はホース
7によつて連結され、送水路6に連通し、送水路
6は注水口8へ連通し、該注水口8は注水口8よ
り噴出する洗浄水がピペツト9の外周表面に沿つ
て流れる様設けられている。
