被覆剥取り長さの変更の都度前記切断刃群を分解
して予め準備した異なる厚みの多くのスペーサを
選択し、しかも締付ねじによる締付けに際しては
各切断刃の高さ不揃いや傾き等生じないように細
心の注意を払わねばならないため、非常に煩雑で
手数がかかり、多大の時間を要し、処理能力の大
巾な低下の原因となつていた。本出願人は前述の
課題を解決せんと、特願昭49―143145に開示せる
ごとく、スペーサの挿脱に依らず、芯線切断刃に
対する被覆切断刃の間隔調整を螺子式として該被
覆切断刃のみ単独摺動移動のみにより可能とした
切断刃間隔調整機構を開発した。しかしこのもの
においては切断刃間隔調整は非常に簡単且つ微調
整が可能であるが、被覆切断刃は消耗品であるに
もかかわらず素材から機械加工して特殊形状のも
のを製作しなければならないため、交換用被用被

い、前記カツター組立体の両側に別個に設けた移
動クランプの反カツター組立体側への線材引張り
作用によつて前記切断部両側における被覆剥取り
を行うものであつて、前記各カツター組立体が上
面および両面を開放せる箱状に形成した本体内中
央部において芯線切断刃を着脱自在に固定し得る
ごとくせる芯線切断刃固定機構を備えた被覆線切
断・被覆剥取機において、前記本体内に前記芯線
切断刃の両側に摺動自在に2個の被覆切断刃保持
具を配置し、該各被覆切断刃保持具は芯線切断刃
側側部に形成した溝内に前記被覆切断刃を挿着し
該被覆切断刃保持具に形成した被覆切断刃締付機
構により該被覆切断刃を締付け固定可能とし、さ
らに前記被覆切断刃保持具は、前記本体の各側板
に前記芯線切断刃に向けて挿通した調整ねじボル
トを該被覆切断刃保持具に螺挿させて成る被覆切
断刃間隔調整機構により、前記芯線切断刃に向つ
て進退自在に移動調整可能とし前記被覆切断刃締
付機構は、芯線切断刃側に被覆切断刃挿入溝を削
設し該溝の反芯線切断刃側に該溝反対側面のみ斜
面状とする凹欠部を有するごとくして被覆切断刃
保持具を形成し、一側部のみ斜面状に形成した楔
ブロツクを前記凹欠部内に介在させ、前記締付ボ
ルトの締付時に前記保持具および楔ブロツク両者
斜面部の係合により楔作用を生じて、前記保持具
溝の一側面に被覆切断刃を押し付けるごとくした
