In the case of such machines, it is necessary to change the sheathing stripping length each time depending on the use of the wire, and the method of adjusting the cutting blade spacing in conjunction with changing the sheathing stripping length is to change the cutting blade spacing. A method that has been used for many years is to increase or decrease the number of plate-shaped spacers of various thicknesses interposed between them. However, with this method, each time the coating stripping length is changed, the group of cutting blades is disassembled and many spacers of different thickness prepared in advance are selected, and when tightening with the tightening screw, the height of each cutting blade is Since extreme care must be taken to avoid irregularities and inclinations, this process is very complicated and time-consuming, and takes a great deal of time, resulting in a significant drop in processing performance. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present applicant has proposed the patent application No. 49-143145 (Japanese Patent Publication No.
As disclosed in No. 32098), there is a cutting blade spacing adjustment mechanism that uses a screw type to adjust the spacing between the coated cutting blade and the core wire cutting blade by independent sliding movement of the coated cutting blade alone, without relying on the insertion and removal of spacers. developed. However, in this case, the cutting blade spacing can be adjusted very easily and finely, but even though the coated cutting blade is a consumable item, it must be machined from the raw material to create a special shape. As a result, the price of replacement coated cutting blades is not only expensive due to the processing costs, but also the thin wall thickness of the blade tends to cause distortion during heat treatment processes such as quenching, which poses problems in terms of processing accuracy. Furthermore, if the type or diameter of the wire is frequently changed, the cutting blade group must be disassembled and the coated cutting blade must be replaced each time, which is extremely time consuming and has unresolved problems.

を提供するものである。 In view of the above-mentioned current situation, the present invention provides a coated cutting blade holder on both sides of a core wire cutting blade, which allows the coated cutting blade to be easily attached and detached from the upper part of the exterior where there is a relatively large amount of space, and the coated cutting blade holder By making it a screw type so that it can move forward and backward toward the core wire cutting blade, it goes without saying that the spacing between the cutting blades can be easily and accurately adjusted, and the coated cutting blade does not require any special work. A coated wire cutting/coating stripping machine that is characterized by the ability to easily and quickly replace the coated cutting blade without reducing processing capacity even when the coated cutting blade must be replaced frequently. The present invention provides a cutting blade spacing adjustment device.

3 and 14 are screwed into the rear upper part of each of the coated cutting blade holders 11 and 12, and are moved in the left-right direction by operating the knobs 13b and 14b of the post-adjustment screw bolts 13 and 14. 15 and 16 are inserted into long notches 6b, 7c, and 8c cut in the left and right direction in the rear plate of the main body 6 and the left and right blocks 7 and 8, respectively, and are inserted into the left and right coated cutting blade holders 11, 16, respectively.
By tightening the threaded bolts 15 and 16 screwed into the rear surfaces 11b and 12b of 12, the left and right coated cutting blade holders 11 and 12 are pulled rearward at predetermined positions, and the chamfered portions 11a, The holders 11 and 12 are attached to the main body 6 by the wedge action generated between the holder 11a and the slopes 7a and 8a.

The coated cutting blade is attached to the coated cutting blade holder using a simple attachment/detachment mechanism, and the coated cutting blade holder is slid independently by a screw drive mechanism, and the core wire cutting blade is attached to the moving path of the coated cutting blade holder. Since the scale plate installed along the line is removably fixed in accordance with the reference scale "0", the spacing of the sheath cutting blades can be adjusted quickly and accurately by simply using a knob such as a threaded bolt. Of course,
The coating cutting blade can be easily replaced using a knob from above, which is relatively spacious and easy to operate, so even if the coating cutting blade needs to be replaced frequently, there will be no reduction in processing capacity. Able to respond quickly. Furthermore, since neither the core wire cutting blade nor the coated cutting blade need to be specially shaped, they can be manufactured at low cost, and no tools are required when adjusting the cutting blade spacing or replacing the coated cutting blade as mentioned above. has advantages.

間隔調整装置。1 Core wire cutting is performed by opening and closing movements of a pair of cutter assemblies, which are equipped with a pair of opposing core wire cutting blades and a pair of coated cutting blades, each of which is arranged in parallel and opposed to each other on both sides of the cutting blades. The coating is cut on both sides of the cutting part, and the coating is stripped off on both sides of the cutting part by pulling the wire rod toward the side opposite to the cutter assembly of movable clamps provided separately on both sides of the cutter assembly. , each of the cutter assemblies is provided with a core wire cutting blade fixing mechanism that allows the core wire cutting blade to be detachably fixed in the center of the main body formed in a box shape with an open top and front surface. In the machine, two coated cutting blade holders are slidably arranged on both sides of the core wire cutting blade in the main body, and each coated cutting blade holder is placed in a groove formed on a side portion of the core wire cutting blade. The coated cutting blade is inserted into the coated cutting blade holder, and the coated cutting blade can be tightened and fixed by a coated cutting blade tightening mechanism formed on the coated cutting blade holder, and the coated cutting blade holder is attached to each side plate of the main body. A sheathing cutting blade spacing adjustment mechanism in which an adjustment screw bolt inserted toward the core wire cutting blade is screwed into the sheathing cutting blade holder allows the sheathing cutting blade to be adjusted to move forward and backward toward the sheathing cutting blade, and the sheath cutting The blade tightening mechanism is configured such that the inner lower end of the leg on the side opposite to the core wire cutting blade of the member formed in the shape is sloped, and when the tightening bolt is tightened, the slope portion is attached to the side opposite to the core wire cutting blade side of the coated cutting blade holder. The coated cutting blade is fixed between the core wire cutting blade side leg portion of the shaped member and the side surface of the coated cutting blade holder by causing a wedge action by engagement with the slope portion formed on the upper side surface. This is a cutting blade spacing adjustment device for a coated wire cutting/coating stripping machine.
