Since the connecting pieces 3a made of hard thermoplastic synthetic resin are connected in the direction, a tile-like recessed joint pattern 4a is formed over the entire width direction of the surface plate 1a, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. When press-molding the surface plate 1a, the connecting pieces 3a made of hard thermoplastic synthetic resin located in the thickness direction at both ends of the surface plate 1a get in the way, resulting in a joint pattern in which the both ends of the surface plate 1a are recessed. 4a is difficult to insert, so the joint pattern 4 is only placed in the center, leaving the edges on both sides.
At present, the joint pattern 4a is applied over the entire width, and this has the disadvantage that cracks occur at the edges.

Connecting pieces 3 made of soft thermoplastic synthetic resin such as soft vinyl chloride resin are integrally formed on both side edges of the top plate 1 in the thickness direction of the top plate 1 and over the entire length of the top plate 1. The connecting piece 3 is integrally formed with a connecting ear 2 made of a hard thermoplastic synthetic resin such as hard vinyl chloride resin. In other words, connecting ears 2 made of hard thermoplastic synthetic resin are formed in series on the left and right edges of a surface plate 1 made of hard thermoplastic synthetic resin through connecting pieces 3 made of soft thermoplastic synthetic resin. A plate 5 is constructed. As shown in FIG. 4, the surface plate 1 of the construction board 5 is placed on the lower mold 7 in which the molding groove 6 is formed over the entire length in the width direction, and the upper side surface is placed on the lower mold 7. The inner surface of the connecting piece 3 is brought into contact with the
Then, left and right side molds 9 having molding grooves 8 on their upper surfaces are brought into contact with the outer surface of the connecting piece 3, and an upper mold 11 having a molding ridge 10 on its lower surface.
The surface plate 1 is placed close to the lower mold 7 and the side mold 9.
A concave joint pattern 4 is formed over the entire width. In such a case, the portions of the left and right side molds 9 that contact the connecting piece 3 made of soft thermoplastic synthetic resin are heated by a heater (not shown), and the upper mold 1 is heated.
The connection piece 3 made of soft thermoplastic synthetic resin is heated by heating the area around the joint mold including the widthwise end of the surface plate 1 of No. 1 to soften the connection piece 3 made of soft thermoplastic synthetic resin. As shown in the figure, a joint pattern 4 is formed over the entire width of a face plate 1 as a decorative surface portion in an orderly manner without causing any cracks or the like. As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting ears 2 on the left in the figure are formed to have a U-shaped cross section, and the ones on the right are formed to have an E-shaped cross section; The connecting ear 2 on the left side of the board can be inserted into the U-shaped space with an E-shaped cross section on the right side, so that adjacent building boards 5 can be connected. In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a sealing protrusion, which is formed over the entire length of the connecting piece 3 and comes into contact with the connecting piece 3 of the adjacent building board 5 to seal between the building boards 5. It is even better if the connecting piece 3 is made of a foamed soft thermoplastic synthetic resin such as a foamed soft vinyl chloride resin, since elastic contraction of the connecting piece 3 in the thickness direction of the surface plate 1 can be easily performed.

う利点がある。 As described above, in the present invention, since the surface plate and the connecting ears are connected by the connecting pieces made of soft synthetic resin, the left and right ends of the surface plate are elastically deformed by the connecting pieces made of soft synthetic resin. It has the advantage that it can be sufficiently deformed even at the edges, and therefore it is possible to easily and orderly form a concave joint pattern across the entire width of the surface plate up to its left and right edges. .
