An artificial decorative unit that reproduces a wood grain pattern on the wood surface by slicing the laminated fritsch obtained by laminating and press-bonding dyed veneers using an adhesive, and simulating the cut layers of the veneers of each material as the wood grain layer. In the conventional manufacturing method for artificially decorated veneers, if there is a resinous part in the material veneer that makes up the laminated fritsch, the resinous part is not dyed in the initial dyeing process, and this laminated veneer is not dyed. The cut layer at the glossy part of the artificial decorative veneer obtained by slicing the fritchi is exposed and becomes a whitish undyed part, which makes the artificial decorative veneer a defective product.

Therefore, in order to suppress the occurrence of such defective products, conventionally, at the dyeing stage of the initial material veneer,
The material veneer, including the resin part, was being sorted out and removed. However, since the material veneers that have been sorted and removed are disposed of as waste, not only is the wood usage yield low and uneconomical, but it is also difficult to discover the resinous parts that exist in the inner layer of the material veneers. Even after such a sorting process, the undyed parts of the artificially decorated veneer surface due to the resin surface were still exposed, and this could not be a fundamental solution.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in Figures A to G. That is, as shown in Figure A, in this method of manufacturing artificially decorated veneers, all of the material veneers 1 including a part of the veneer 1a are considered to be good products, and these material veneers 1... are dyed in a desired color. After processing, as shown in Figure B, it is laminated on the uneven mold 2 with an adhesive and bonded by pressure to form a primary assembly frit 3 which is deformed into irregularities, and this primary assembly frit 3 is shown in Figure C. A composite veneer 4 is obtained by slicing at a slice angle that intersects with the laminated surface to obtain a composite veneer 4 in which the cut layers of each material veneer 1 are exposed on the material surface in a grain pattern. As shown in Figure D, the resin part 1a is exposed as an unstained part on the surface.
A dyeing repair treatment is applied by applying an oil-soluble dye to the cut surface corresponding to the front side or both the front and back sides, and the composite veneer 4... which has been dyed and repaired in this way is as shown in Figure E. The secondary assembled fritches 5 were laminated on the uneven mold 2 using an adhesive and pressed and bonded to form uneven shapes, and the secondary assembled fritches 5 were sawn into a square shape as shown in Figure F. Slice it at the slice angle that intersects the laminated plane

After dyeing and repairing the undyed part due to the cut layer of section 1a, assembling fritsch molding again →
Since the slicing process is repeated, the work of sorting and removing the material veneer 1 including the hard-to-find resin part 1a is not only omitted, but also the wood usage yield is improved because all the material veneer 1 is used effectively. Improved and economical.

Then, when the composite veneer 4 is formed, the resin contained in the inner layer of the raw material veneer 1 is detected and repaired by the cut layer that is exposed in an undyed state on the surface of the material. It is also possible to easily find the resinous part 1a that has been removed, and it is possible to avoid exposing the undyed part caused by the resinous part 1a to the surface of the artificial decorative veneer 6 that is finally obtained. .

As described above, the method for producing an artificially decorated veneer of the present invention includes a primary assembly fritch forming step in which dyed material veneers are laminated and pressure-bonded via an adhesive to obtain a primary assembly frit; A primary slicing step in which a composite veneer is obtained by slicing the primary assembled fritsch in a direction intersecting the laminated surface thereof, and a dyeing process in which the undyed veneer area on the surface of the composite veneer is repaired by dyeing with an oil-soluble dye. a repair process, and a secondary assembly fritsch forming process in which the dyed and repaired composite veneers are laminated and pressure-bonded via an adhesive to obtain a secondary assembly fritz;
Since the method includes a secondary slicing step of slicing the secondary laminated flitch in a direction intersecting the laminated surface thereof, there is no need to sort and remove the material veneer including the resin part, and the wood utilization yield can be greatly improved. Not only is it possible to repair the undyed areas at the composite veneer stage, but it also makes it easier to find the resin parts, and the unstained parts on the surface of the artificially decorated veneer due to the presence of resin parts can be easily detected. This has the effect of significantly reducing the occurrence of.
