The detailed structure of this heater unit consists of a heat shield plate 6, a reflector plate 7 with a motor 3 fixed to the upper surface of the central part, heaters 4, 4 fixed at a distance below the reflector plate, and a heater unit connected to the motor and attached to the lower surface than the heater. It consists of a fan 2 provided at the top and a mesh-like protective guard 8 located below the fan.

There was a defect that caused this. For this reason,
Considering the above-mentioned points, it was necessary to set a large distance L between the fan and the protective guard, which caused the heater unit to become thick. Furthermore, if a finger or stick was inserted through the mesh of the protective guard, it would directly hit the fan, causing the aforementioned noise and motor lock. Furthermore,
Since the fan is located relatively far away from the reflector, the air taken in as shown by the arrow causes turbulence in the spaces A and A between the fan and the reflector, and the wind speed is weakened, causing damage to various parts of the kotatsu. It was not possible to circulate hot air efficiently.

の寸法を設定する。 The present invention improves the various points mentioned above and will be explained below with reference to FIG. 2. Reference numerals 9 and 9 denote a plurality of crosspieces that are combined to form a frame shape, and a space l is formed within the range of the thickness t of the crosspieces, and a step portion 1 is provided on the upper inner peripheral edge.
0,10 are formed. Reference numeral 11 denotes a flat heater unit that discharges hot air, and is inserted from the upper surface of the rod and placed on the step portions 10, 10 to fill the space l.
Store inside. In this stored state, as shown in FIG. 2, most of the entire size of the heater unit 11 is stored within the space 1, with only a small portion protruding below the space. The heater unit here will be explained in detail.
12 is a wooden decorative board provided on the upper surface; 13 is a heat shield plate provided overlappingly on the lower surface of the decorative board; and 14 is a protruding portion 15 provided at the center of the heat shield plate with the outside inclined downward. The wind guide plate 13 corresponds to the wind guide plate 13, and the plate 16 has a dish-shaped mounting part 17 on the lower surface, and a plurality of mounting pieces 1 are attached from the periphery.
8, 18, 18, and 18 are provided, and the tips of the respective mounting pieces are screwed and fixed to the wind guide plate 14. 19, 19 are the outside of the mounting piece and the reflecting plate 1
A plurality of pipe-shaped heaters of the same shape are arranged exposed and in parallel in the spaces S and S between the four pipes. 20 is the mounting portion 17
A motor 21 fixed on the upper surface is a flat fan fixed to a shaft 22 of the motor and driven and rotated.
0, and is disposed between the motor 20 and the wind guide plate 14 and between each of the heaters 19, 19, and the wind guide plate 14
They are brought close to each other by a distance X on the bottom surface of the fan, taking into consideration blurring of the fan, etc. That is, the fan 21 is located at a distance Y at the part farthest from the mounting portion 17, and the motor 20 is disposed within this distance Y. 23 is the support plate 16 in the center part.
A mesh-like protective guard having a reinforcing plate 24 having the same diameter or larger size as the mounting portion 17 of the support plate 16, the wind guide plate 14, the heater 19,
19, the motor 20 and the fan 21 are covered with locking step portions 25, 25 that protrude outward from the upper outer periphery. Then, the wind guide plate 14, the support plate 1
6. The heaters 19, 19, motor 20, fan 21 and protective guard 23 are integrated into a unit to create a space l.
Store inside. At this time, the dimensions of each member are set so that the lower surface of the protective guard 23 is at approximately the same position as the lower ends of the bars 9, 9.

It directly hits a wide area of the plate 14 and flows along this wall surface,
The air is discharged through the space between the heaters 19, 19 and the wind guide plate 14 along the slope of the wind guide plate. At this time, as mentioned above, the wind flows along the wall surface due to its nature, but since the heaters 19, 19 are not located at the center of the flow, it is smoothly discharged from the outside of the protective guard 23. . This phenomenon is caused by the wind guide plate 14
It cools each part of the heater unit and is immediately released to the outside of the heater unit.
The heat of the heater can be effectively used for warming, and the spatial distance between the wind guide plate 14 and the heat shield plate 13 can be reduced. That is, the center of the air flow will flow above the heaters 19, 19 where the temperature is highest.

形化を計ることができる。 As described above, the present invention includes a wind guide plate whose outer side is inclined downward, a support plate with a mounting portion provided on the lower surface,
A plurality of heaters each arranged in parallel, a motor fixed to the upper surface of the mounting part, a fan fixed to the motor shaft, a wind guide plate, a support plate,
A protective guard that covers the lower part of each of the heater, motor, and fan is arranged as a unit in the space of the crosspiece, and the lower surface of the protective guard is placed approximately at the same position as the lower end of the crosspiece, so the heater unit can be made thinner. The heating space below the heater unit can be expanded. In particular, making the heater unit thinner is achieved by arranging multiple heaters between the support plate and the inclined wind guide plate, fixing the motor on the upper surface of the mounting part of the support plate, and making the heater unit thinner than the outer diameter of the motor. This is accomplished by providing a flat fan with a large outer diameter. Furthermore, the flat fan sucks in and discharges a large amount of air without increasing the rotational speed or noise, and efficiently cools the wind guide plate. Furthermore, since a plurality of heaters are used and each heater is arranged in parallel, hot air can be emitted over a wide range. Furthermore, most of the protective guard will be inside the space, making it difficult for the foot to hit the foot, and even if it does hit, the protective guard will be prevented from deforming. Furthermore, there is no need to create a large separation between the protective guard and the fan as in the past, and the heater unit can be installed by placing the motor and heater within the space between the fan and the protective guard by placing the fan close to the wind guide plate. It can be made significantly thinner. In addition, the outside diameter of the fan is sufficiently larger than that of the motor, so that sufficient air intake is obtained, and cold air is directed over a wide area of the wind guide plate, increasing the cooling effect and suppressing temperature rises in various parts, making the heater unit thinner. It can be measured.
