However, as mentioned above, since the fan is located below the heater, the intake air hits the heater and causes turbulence, which weakens the wind speed and prevents it from circulating to all parts of the kotatsu. Therefore, it is conceivable to increase the wind speed by increasing the rotational speed of the fan, but in this case, there is a drawback that as the rotational speed of the fan increases, the driving noise becomes louder and the generation of turbulence also increases. In addition, since the protective guard and fan are located relatively close to each other, if the protective guard is dented by a foot, etc., the guard may hit the fan, causing noise or causing the fan to stop rotating. Ta. Therefore, it became necessary to set a large distance between the protective guard and the fan, which resulted in a disadvantage that the heater unit became thicker and the heating space became smaller.

The present invention improves the various points mentioned above, and will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. Reference numerals 9 and 9 designate a plurality of crosspieces that are combined to form a frame shape, and form a space l within the range of the thickness t of the crosspieces, and also form step portions 10, 10 on the upper inner peripheral edge. Reference numeral 11 denotes a flat heater unit that discharges hot air, and is inserted from the upper surface of the beam and placed on the step portions 10, 10. This heater unit will be explained in detail. 1
2 is a wooden decorative board provided on the upper surface; 13 is a heat shield plate provided overlappingly on the lower surface of the decorative board; and 14 is a protruding portion 15 provided at the center of the heat shield plate with its outer side inclined downward. The wind guide plate associated with 13, 16 has a dish-shaped mounting portion 17 on the lower surface, and multiple mounting pieces 18 from the periphery,
A support plate 18, 18, 18 is provided, and the tip of each mounting piece is screwed and fixed to the lower surface of the wind guide plate 14. 19, 19 are a plurality of pipe-shaped heaters arranged in parallel and exposed in the spaces S, S between the outside of the mounting piece and the wind guide plate 14;
20 is a motor fixed to the upper surface of the mounting portion 17; 21 is a flat fan fixed to the shaft 22 of the motor and having external dimensions sufficiently larger than the outer diameter of the motor; It has a small outer diameter on the inside and is disposed above the heaters 19, 19 so as to be close to the lower surface of the wind guide plate 14. Further, the shaft 22 of the motor 20 faces below the protrusion 15. Reference numeral 23 denotes a mesh-like protective guard having a reinforcing plate 24 having the same diameter or larger size as the mounting part 17 of the support plate 16 in the center,
9, 19, a locking step portion 25, 2 protruding outward from the upper outer periphery so as to cover the motor 20 and the fan 21;
5 is set. The wind guide plate 14 and the support plate 16
The heaters 19, 19, the motor 20, the fan 21, and the protective guard 23 are arranged as a unit in the space 1.

Next, talking about the flow of hot air, as shown in Figure 2, the rotation of the flat fan 21 mainly causes the hot air to flow through the mounting area 1.
The wind sucked in from a wide area outside of the reflector plate 14 cools the motor 20 and directly hits a wide area centered on the area corresponding to the area of the fan on the lower surface of the reflector plate 14, and flows along this wall surface, causing the heater to cool. It is discharged along the inclination of the wind guide plate through the space between 19, 19 and the wind guide plate 14. At this time, as mentioned above, the wind flows along the wall surface due to its nature, but the heater 1
9 and 19 are not located at the center of the flow, the fluid is smoothly discharged from the outside of the protective guard 23. This phenomenon allows the wind guide plate 14 to be cooled and the heat from the heater to be effectively used for heating, thereby reducing the spatial distance between the wind guide plate 14 and the heat shield plate 13. That is, the center of the air flow will flow above the heaters 19, 19 where the temperature is highest.

As described above, the present invention includes a wind guide plate whose outer side is inclined downward, a support plate with a mounting section on the lower surface, a plurality of heaters arranged in parallel with each other, and a top surface of the mounting section. Since the motor fixed to the heater unit and the fan fixed to the shaft of the motor are arranged as a unit in the space of the crosspiece, the heater unit can be made thinner and the heating space below the heater unit can be expanded. In particular, the thinness of this heater unit is achieved by arranging the heater between the inclined wind guide plate and the support plate, fixing the motor on the upper surface of the mounting part of the support plate, and making the heater unit sufficiently larger than the outer diameter of the motor. This is accomplished by providing a flat fan with an outer diameter. Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the fan has a flat plate shape and has an outer diameter that is sufficiently larger than the outer diameter of the motor, it is possible to take in and discharge a large amount of air without increasing the rotational speed of the motor. Since the heater unit can be directly applied to a wide area of the guide plate to cool the guide plate and suppress a temperature rise, the heater unit can be made thinner. In addition, the rotation noise of the motor and the wind noise of the fan can be reduced.
Furthermore, since a plurality of heaters are used and each heater is arranged in parallel, hot air can be emitted over a wide area, and even if one heater breaks, other heaters can be used to heat the room.
