しかも得られる製品に安定性が無い、即ち部所に
より接着強度がまちまちであるという欠点があつ
た。ところで焼嵌め法たる二重管の製法があるに
も拘らずこの種二重管の製法に応用するのが困難
であつた原因は、焼嵌め法では嵌め合わされる二
つの管の寸法制限が非常に厳しく、被削性が悪い
セラミツク管ではとてもその様な正確な寸法に仕
上げるのは困難であつたという事が挙げられる。
特にセラミツク管は靭性に乏しいので締め過ぎれ
ば割れてしまい、通常の金属管同士の場合よりは
より正確な寸法が要求されるという事も上記事実
をより具体的にする。

具備するセラミツク管との間で焼嵌め接合をなす
ことを特徴とする二重管の製造方法である。

以下図面を参酌し乍ら本発明方法を詳述する。

面となしたセラミツク管1と、その外周に接合さ
れるべき金属外管2とを準備する。このセラミツ
ク管1と金属外管2との相対的な大きさ(径)は
セラミツク管1が金属外管2の内に遊嵌状に挿通
される大きさであればそれ以上の厳しい条件は必
要ではない。次いで第1図イ,ロ,ハ及びニで示
す順にて二重管を製造する。即ち上述の如き外周
面が粗面たるセラミツク管1(第1図イ参照)の
外周面に金属製溶射層3をその外径が金属外管2
を加熱膨張させた場合の内径よりも大となる厚さ
だけ施す(第1図ロ参照)。この場合該溶射層3
はセラミツク管1の上記粗面を形成する凹凸部に
十分噛み込み、第2図に示す如く両者は強固に結
合しあつている。次いで金属外管2の材質、大き
さによつて決まる焼嵌め代を計算し、それに丁度
合致する外径となるまで溶射層3を研削及び又は
研摩加工をし(第1図ハ参照)、金属外管2を加
熱膨張せしめた状態で、該セラミツク管1を嵌め
込み(第1図ニ参照)、その後冷却すれば所望の
二重管が得られる。
