【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は転炉々体を取外す方法に関する、更に
詳しく転炉の炉体を補修のため操業位置から取外
す方法に関する。

特願昭56―86999号の明細書には、炉体を倒立
位置に反転し、トラニオン・リング上に載置され
た第1架台と炉口の下部に当てがわれる第2架台
とのそれぞれに取付けられた滑車に架けられた索
具を巻込むことにより炉体をトラニオン・リング
により倒立位置に支持し、トラニオン・リングを
炉体に錠止する爪部材を除去し前記索具を巻戻し
第2架台と共に炉体を下降させトラニオン・リン
グから抜取る方法が示されている。上記出願に示
された方法は、工場内の天井走行クレーンの走路
に架け渡される支持梁を利用して炉体を吊る従前
の方法を大幅に改良するもので、天井走行クレー
ンの走行を妨げ或いは隣接転炉の操業に支障を生
ずることなく、迅速容易に炉体をトラニオン・リ
ングから取外すことができ作業の安全性を向上さ
せるものである。ところが、最近は工場内の安全
性向上のために転炉に隣接して、その外周に防熱
板を取付けることが行はれている。上記出願の方
法は第1及び第2の架台が炉体に隣接して外側に
設置されるから、これらの架台、特に第1架台が
防熱板に干渉して作業が円滑に行はれないおそれ
がある。また、第1,第2の架台の間に配設され
索具が複数本になるから、すべての索具の巻込
み、巻戻しを同調させることが困難になる。本発
明は上記出願に公表されている炉体取外し方法に
起るこの種の問題を解決することを狙いとするも
のである。

本発明によれば、炉体を倒立位置に反転し炉底
の一部をトラニオン・リングの上部で切除し、ト
ラニオン・リングの上面に載置された支持梁と炉
口に隣接する炉内位置とのそれぞれに取付けられ
た滑車に懸けられた索具を巻込み炉体をトラニオ
ン・リングにより支持し、次いでトラニオン・リ
ングを炉体に錠止する爪部材を除去し上記索具を
巻戻し炉体を下降させトラニオン・リングから抜
取ることを特徴とする転炉々体の取外し方法が得
られる。

周から外側にはみ出しているから、炉体1に隣接
してその外側に取付けられた防熱板(図示せず)
にぶつかり不具合を生ずる(第1図b)。また、
後に説明する如く炉体1の外周に取付けられた炉
体支持リング3が前記防熱板に干渉するおそれが
ある。更に第1及び第2の架台20と21との間
に張渡される鋼索が複数条になるが、これら複数
条の鋼索の巻込み、巻戻しを同調させて行うこと
がかなり面倒な作業になり労力と時間とを消費す
る。

ず)に接続させている。炉口12に隣接して炉内
において相互に対向する4つの位置にアイ金具9
a,9bが取付けられている。これらのアイ金具
9a,9bのそれぞれに一端を接続させた4本の
短小鋼索11a,11bが反対端を、前記スウイ
ベル金具付滑車6から垂下するシヤツクル10に
接続させている。従つて、炉体1は炉口12に隣
接する炉体内部の4点を介してトラニオン・リン
グ2の上面に置かれた一本の支持梁5から吊り下
げられていることがわかる。この状態で鋼索8を
巻込むことにより炉体1がトラニオン・リング2
に相対的に持上げられ、炉体1をトラニオン・リ
ング2に錠止する爪部材4とトラニオン・リング
2との間に隙を生ずる。そこで、すべての爪部材
4を切除するときは炉体1を降下させトラニオ
ン・リング2から抜き取ることができる。

りに回動させ倒立位置に置くときは支持梁5が極
めて容易に第2図a,bに示す位置に置かれる。

以上に示す如く、本発明によれば天井走行クレ
ーン及び炉体上部の廃ガス・ボイラーの作動を妨
げることのないことは勿論のこと、炉体に隣接し
て外周に取付けられる防熱板に干渉することなく
炉体をトラニオン・リングから取外すことができ
る。更に炉体を吊下支持する索具滑車類が炉体内
部に配置せられ、炉外の器物に干渉することは全
くない。また炉体取外し作業に使用する器材の寸
法・数量が最小限に節減せられ、作業の経費を大
幅に節減することができる。
