終端側外方に歯形送り装置を配置し、移送通路内
に嵌挿したチツプ押棒を、上記各機器の作動と関
連させながら、終端方向に押出す押棒駆動装置を
設けるようにしたから、歯形へのチツプの固着が
自動的に行なえるとともに、各機器の運動を簡素
な直線あるいは回転往復動にすることができ、機
構及び制御が簡素化して安価になる等の効果を奏
する。

ツプの移送側端面およびチツプの上面に略対応し
て段状に形成された刃を前記繰り出されたロウの
上方から降下させて該ロウの先端部を切断すると
ともにチツプに重合させるプレス機、チツプを加
熱する加熱装置を順次直列状に配置し、移送通路
の終端に到来したチツプに鋸歯形を1歯毎に押圧
する歯形送り装置を設けてなる鋸歯形へのチツプ
固着機。
