As shown in FIG. 1, a wooden bar 1 whose surface and one side are covered with a sheet 2 is used. The sheet 2 is made of vinyl chloride resin or the like.
3 is a chamfered portion. When manufacturing such a bar 1, in order to streamline the sheet coating work, a double-width bar 1' is coated with the sheet 2 as shown in Fig. 2, and this is cut at the center 4. This is called bar 1 in Fig. 1. In addition, when packing this bar material 1, a third
As shown in the figure, the sheets 2 are stacked with their coated surfaces aligned. However, in the past, the double-width bar 1' shown in Fig.
When stacking the bars 1, which are manufactured in two halves, as shown in Fig. 3, the handling is complicated as it requires rearrangement of the bars 1, so mechanization is not possible and the process is done manually. Therefore, it was inefficient.

である。 An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 4 to 10. First, the integration device will be explained. In FIG. 4, 5 is a carry-in conveyor, 6 is a horizontal feed conveyor, 7a and 7b are two rows of vertical feed conveyors, and 8 is a stacking device. The starting end of the incoming conveyor 5 is connected to a sheet covering device for manufacturing the double-width bar 1' shown in FIG. 2, and a reversing device 9 and a cutting machine 10 are installed in the middle of the incoming conveyor 5. The cutting machine 10 consists of a circular saw, a band saw, or the like. At the starting end of the traverse conveyor 6, an elevating roller conveyor 11 is provided which transfers the bar material 1 from the carry-in conveyor 5 to the lateral conveyor 6. Further, at the terminal end of the horizontal conveyor 6, two rows of elevating roller conveyors 12a and 12b are provided for conveying the bars 1 to vertical conveyors 7a and 7b. These two rows of roller conveyor 12

First, the double-width bars 1' shown in FIG. 2 are sequentially carried into the carry-in conveyor 5 shown in FIG. 4 with their faces facing up. The first of these double-width bars 1' passes through the reversing device 9 face up without being reversed and advances toward the cutting machine 10. The second one is turned upside down as it passes through the turning device 9. In this way, the double-width bars 1' are sequentially and alternately carried into the cutting machine 10 with the front and back facing reversed. The cutting machine 10 cuts the double-width bar 1' at the center into two symmetrically shaped bars 1. In this state, two bars 1
As shown by solid lines in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, the side surfaces 1b not covered with the sheet 2 are oriented adjacent to each other, and while the sheets are being conveyed from the horizontal conveyor 6 to the vertical conveyors 7a and 7b. , as shown by the chain line in FIG. 7 or 8, the sheet covering side surface 1a

The bars 1 and 2 on the lower side in the traverse direction are transported horizontally as they are, and the bars 12 on the lower side in the direction of traverse transport are transferred to the elevating roller conveyor 12a (Fig. 4).
The lateral feed is stopped when the upper position is reached (FIG. 6B). Then, the elevating roller conveyor 12a floats up and the lower bar 12 is vertically fed from the elevating roller conveyor 12a onto the vertical conveyor 7a (FIG. 8C). Thereafter, the remaining bar material 11 is again driven by the transverse feed conveyor 6 and sent above the elevating roller conveyor 12b. Next, this bar 11 is vertically fed by the lifting roller conveyor 12b from the lifting roller conveyor 12b to the vertical conveyor 7b, and the bars 12 that have been vertically fed first are lined up.

b is carried into the carrying table 25 of the laminating apparatus 8,
The carry-in table 25 is opened on both sides and dropped onto the table lifter 28. Each time the table lifter 28 receives a bar 1, it is lowered by the thickness of one bar 1. In the same manner, the bars 1 which are turned face down as shown in FIG. 8 are also loaded on the table lifter 28 after being rearranged. In this way, the bars 1 facing up and the bars 1 facing down are stacked alternately, resulting in a stacked state in which all sheet covering surfaces are in contact with each other as shown in FIG. In this way, the sheets are stacked with their coated surfaces together, but in addition to the stacking device 8, the transverse conveyor 6
By simply providing the elevating roller conveyors 12a, 12b and the reversing device 9, the bar 1 can be turned so that the sheet-covered surfaces are aligned.
The equipment is simple and the accumulation work can be carried out efficiently.

Furthermore, instead of the elevating roller conveyors 12a and 12b provided at the terminal end of the horizontal conveyor 6, an extrusion device for extruding the bar material 1 to the vertical conveyors 7a and 7b may be provided.

簡単な設備で足りるという効果がある。 As described above, the method for accumulating sheet-covered bars of the present invention involves arranging two bars at a time and transporting them alternately upside down, and transporting the bars horizontally and vertically along the way. Since the sheets are rearranged by combination so that the coated sides of the sheets meet together, and they are sequentially dropped and stacked at the end of conveyance, the sheet-coated bars that are manufactured in half can be efficiently stacked so that the coated sides meet. This has the advantage that simple equipment is sufficient.

含むシート被覆棒材の集積方法。1 The process of horizontally feeding two bars whose surfaces and one side are covered with a sheet with their uncoated sides facing up next to each other, and stopping the horizontal feeding of these two bars and separating these two bars. Of these, there is a step of longitudinally feeding the bar on the lower side in the traverse feed direction, a step of further traversely feeding the remaining bar to a position beyond the stop position at the time of lateral feeding of the bar that was previously fed longitudinally, and The horizontally fed bar is vertically fed to a position where it is lined up with the previously vertically fed bar so that the sheet-covered sides are next to each other, and the aligned bar is dropped and loaded at the loading position. Repeat the above steps with two new bars similar to the above bars facing down, and place these two new bars face down on top of the two bars that were previously loaded at the loading position. A method for accumulating sheet-covered bars, including a step of stacking them in their orientation.
