【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はパチンコ機用セーフ玉受口器の曖昧動
作吸収機構に関し、その目的とするところは、第
6図従来例に示す如く、パチンコ盤面に釘着する
取付基板の開口部の両側下方に、左右一対の可動
翼片を平行起立乃至逆ハ状傾動すべく起倒自在に
枢設すると共に、前飾り板と下方受口部を設けた
後基板後部に誘導枠を形成し、該枠内に天秤状作
動片を揺動可能に枢支し、前記可動翼片と該作動
片とを関連作動すべく成し、セーフ玉受口を広狭
二態様に変動するセーフ玉受口器本体を基盤にし
て下面に係止段部を形成する前記作動片の直下
に、僅かな空隙を存して、前端部の嘴部又は後端
部の各れか一方が接触可能且つ揺動自在に前記作
動片の枢軸直下に軸支し、前端部には下方受口部
に臨む舌状球受片を延設すると共に、作動片の仰
角移動時に前記嘴部が係止段部にロツクして該作
動片の仰角状態を固持するように成した公知のセ
ーフ玉受口器は、作動片7後端一側に突設せる連
動ピン18を他の裏連動機構と連繋作動すべく係
合する場合、連動ピン18への初動作のみで完全
作動指令になり切らない曖昧動作が、複雑な機械
的リンク機構を利用する限り完全回避は不可能で
あつて、その曖昧動作が、広狭二態様変動玉受口
器本体の作動点の適正設定上悩みの種であり、磁
力等別部材に頼らず機械的構成のみで誤作動の完
全防止をすることは非常に難しい問題であること
斯業界では周知である。その為玉受口器本体に於
いて全体の組付精度上前記曖昧動作の吸収ガタを
僅かながら必然的に設けねばならないこととな
り、玉受口器本体の組付精度向上目的を徒らに阻
害し、誤作動を防止し切れない要因であることに
鑑み、本発明では作動片に曖昧動作の吸収機構を
関連作動すべく組合せることによつて該作動片の
作動点を明確にし、玉受口器本体の組付精度を可
及的に向上させながら適正作動を得るように改良

本発明の実施態様を添附図面に従つて説明する

する取付基板2の開口部3の両側下方に左右一対
の可動翼片4,4′を平行起立乃至逆ハ状傾動す
べく起倒自在に枢着すると共に、該可動翼片を支
持する前飾り板5を下方受口部6と一体成形した
る後前記取付基板2に固着すると共に、該基板後
部に誘導枠9を形成し、該枠内空に天秤状作動片
7を揺動可能に枢支8し、誘導枠9に於いて軸支
する天秤状作動片7の直下に僅かな空隙を存して
ロツクプレート10を揺動自在に、前記作動片の
枢支部8と略縦軸線上に軸支11し、作動片7の
後方回動による仰角上死点にて前記ロツクプレー
ト10が関連係合して仰角姿勢の侭固持する。こ
のロツクプレート10は、作動片7の軸支部8よ
り前方底面部に切欠形成した係止段部12に係合
する前端13の嘴部15と後端部14とが各れか
一方のみ上段の作動片7の対応底面に接触可能に
臨まされており、前端下方に脚部16を延設し、
該脚部前端から舌状玉受片17を一体成形し、該
球受片は取付基板2前面下方受口部6の内空に侵
入状態に臨ませている。18は作動片7後端の防
護壁部19一側に於いて誘導枠9下方から突出す

に於いて、縦方向長孔21を穿ち、作動片枢支部
8の軸受突部22に、後端内側に連動ピン18と
同軸の係合ピン24を前記長孔21に嵌入すべく
設け、中央より稍前寄りに穿孔部25を形成した
連動槓杆23を揺動自在に嵌装する。他方ロツク
プレート10には、その前端部13の側端が、枢
支部8の軸受突部22を支点に長孔21内に於け
る係合ピン24の前向き揺動範囲限度にて連動槓
杆23前端が当接し、連動ピン18のこれ以上の
押上動に伴なつて、連動槓杆23はロツクプレー
ト前端13を押下げるように成る。今、第1図に
示すように、可動翼片4,4′の起立時に於い
て、上方から入つたセーフ玉は作動片7後端部は
降下動し、それに伴なつて、ロツクプレート10
後端部14を押下げ、セーフ玉の作用で仰角姿勢
に転じた時、第2図の如く可動翼片4,4′を傾
動させると共にロツクプレート10の前端嘴部1
5が作動片7の係止段部12に噛合係合して第2
図の如く仰角姿勢を固持し、作動片7の後端側か
ら作動片7の変動要求即ち連動ピン18が他の裏
部品機構と関連係合され、その作動指令が完全で
あつた場合には、作動片7の一側に設けた曖昧動
作吸収機構部20に於いて、作動片7の後端縦長
孔21に嵌入する連動ピン18の押上動と一体作
動する係合ピン24は軸受突部22を支点とし
て、連動槓杆23は自己のみ前方回動し、係合ピ
ン24が縦長孔21上縁に当接後は作動片7をも
伴なつて前方回動すると同時に該槓杆前方下端
が、ロツクプレート10の前端部13の側端1
3′に当接し、これをその回動力で押下げること
により、作動片7係止段部12に噛合係合する嘴
部15が外れ、第2図の如く可動翼片4,4′の
傾動姿勢時にセーフ玉が入つた場合と同様玉入口
は広狭二態様に変動する。ここで連動ピン18か
らの作動指令が曖昧動作である場合には、作動片
7は縦長孔21の高位分全く作動外にあり、連動
槓杆23のみ微動して吸収してしまうことにな
る。従つて作動点の設定乃至変更は、縦長孔21
と連動槓杆23の長さやロツクプレート10前端
部13の側端13′との関連を計算して決定すれ
ばよい。第4図は、第3図に示す曖昧動作吸収機
構部20の他の実施例であり、連動槓杆23の前
下端部を円弧面にしたりロツクプレート10の前
端13の側端13″を張出形成し当接面積を増大
せしめるものであるが、要旨に於いて変わるもの

誤作動を全面解消出来ることになる。更に作動点
の変更乃至設定は曖昧動作吸収機構部20が構造
簡単な為、数種設計も可能であると共に、従来の
玉受口本体1に対し、作動片7の一側面に組込め
るので、従来物と変わらずコンパクトに仕上げる
ことも可能である等優れた効果を発揮する発明で
