Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はパチンコ機用セーフ玉受口器に関し、
その目的とするところは、第5図従来例に示す如
く、パチンコ盤面に釘着する取付基板の開口部の
両側下方に、左右一対の可動翼片を平行起立乃至
逆ハ状傾動すべく起倒自在に枢設すると共に、前
飾り板と下方受口部を設けた後基板後部に誘導枠
を形成し、該枠内に天秤状作動片を揺動可能に枢
支し、前記可動翼片と該作動片とを関連作動すべ
く成し、セーフ玉受口を広狭二態様に変動するセ
ーフ玉受口器本体を基盤にして下面に係止段部を
形成する前記作動片の直下に、僅かな空隙を存し
て、前端部の嘴部又は後端部の各れか一方が接触
可能且つ揺動自在に前記作動片の枢軸直下に軸支
し、前端部には下方受口部に臨む舌状玉受片を延
設すると共に、作動片の仰角移動時に前記嘴部が
係止段部にロツクして該作動片の仰角状態を固持
するように成した公知のセーフ玉受口器に於ける
作動片後端一側に突設せる連動ピンは、他の裏連
動機構と連緊作動すべく形成したものであつて、
昭和50年実用新案出願公告第6476号実用新案公報
に示す如く、関連部材で作動片後端を正面玉受口
に入賞玉が入らないにも拘らず、狭い玉受口を広
い玉受口に変動する作動機構と作動原理を同じく
し、直接作動片に接触することなく突設部材であ
る連動ピンと連緊作動させるものである為、作動
片後端を積極的に押下げることは出来ても、引き
上げることは原理上不能である為、広い玉受口を
狭い玉受口に入賞玉が入らないにも拘らず意識的
に変動させることは不可能であつた。そこで本発
明は従来考案に於ける作動片の仰角移動時に於け
るその底面係止段部にロツクプレートの嘴部をロ
ツクさせて前記仰角状態を固持させると共に、作
動片に突設した連動片に上下複動可能に成し、そ
の動作に関連して意識的に玉受口を広狭二態様に
自在に変動し得るように成したものである。

ロツクプレート10を揺動自在に、前記作動片の
枢支部8と略縦軸線上に軸支11し、作動片7の
後方回動による仰角上死点にて前記ロツクプレー
ト10が関連係合して仰角姿勢の侭固持する。こ
のロツクプレート10は、作動片7の軸支部8よ
り前方底面部に切欠形成した係止段部12に係合
する前端13の嘴部15と後端部14とが各れか
一方のみ上段の作動片7の対応底面の接触可能に
臨まされており、前端下方に脚部16を延設し、
該脚部前端から舌状玉受片17を一体成形し、該
玉受片は取付基板2前面下方受口部6の内空に侵
入状態に臨ませている。18は作動片7後端の防
護壁部19一側に於いて誘導枠9下方から突出す
る連動ピンである。

し、後方部14の後端一側に第4図に示す如く斜
後上方へ腕部22を延設せしめると共に、該腕部
の根元部にマイナス文字状切欠凹部23を形成せ
しめ、腕部22の上端外側には連動ピン18を一
体突成している。この両者は第2図の如く、組立
時に予じめロツクプレート10の腕部22に於け
るマイナス字文状切欠凹部23に、上段に配設さ
れる作動片7の前記後端板部20を横方向へ摺動
自在に噛合係合する。

4′を傾動せしめ、次に引上げ動作時にはロツク
プレート10はその腕部22のマイナス文字状切
欠凹部23に作動片7の後端板部20が噛合係合
されているので、ロツクプレート10の前方回動
にともない強制的に関連作動させられて傾動する
可動翼片4,4′を起立させ、狭い玉受口にも容
易に変動させ得るものであり、従来のロツク機構
付き玉受口器の作動片7とロツクプレート10を
斯様に僅かな改良を施こし両者を連動ピン18の
上下復動操作に対応して玉受口を広狭二態様に入
賞玉と無関係に自在に関連作動する優れた効果を
発揮しながら、従来物と変わらずコンパクトに形
成可能且つ従来機能に何等支障を与えることも無
い等優れた発明である。
