Not only does the utilization rate decrease, but also when installing guide devices for lifting lifts, the distance from the wall or pillar increases, making it necessary to strengthen support brackets, etc.
Therefore, equipment costs also increase.

The provided roller engages with two groove-shaped guide rails provided on the back of the pallet to lock the pallet, and when the lifting lift reaches the entry position, the loaded pallet is rotated by the rotation of the rotating lever. The purpose of this is to move the loaded pallet horizontally by an appropriate amount onto two rails provided on the floor of the entrance, thereby correcting the deviation of the position of the pallet from the entrance. This relates to a locking and shifting device.

れが可能となる。 First, when transporting a vehicle, the desired empty pallet 11 is transferred onto the lift 50 as shown in FIG. situation). Next, operate the motor 60 to lift the lift 50.
is raised to the entry compartment 4, and the motor 71 is driven again to move the pallet 11 toward the stepped floor 5 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Therefore, palette 1
1 supports a traversing wheel 18 with a fork 57 that also serves as a rail and a rail 75, and the vehicle can easily enter the pallet 11 while avoiding contact with the building pillars at the entrance 6.

The lift 50 is lowered by the motor 60 while the rollers 74 and the guide rails 48, 49 are in the engaged state. Therefore, the pallet 11 is held on the lift 50 during elevation and descent by the rollers 74.

It is supported on short rails 26 of 4' and 24', and then the horizontal transfer motors 21 and 21 can be driven to perform simultaneous opposite horizontal transfer, and the vertical transfer motors 29 and 29 can be driven. It is also possible to drive and perform simultaneous opposing longitudinal transport.

During the lifting/lowering operation of the lifting lift, the mounted pallet is restricted from moving in the left/right direction by the engagement of the two guide rails provided on the back of the pallet and the roller at the tip of the rotating lever provided on the lift side. The pallet is completely locked because it is regulated by the engagement between the flanged wheels installed on the pallet side and the rails installed on the lift side, and the entry point on the ground is out of alignment with the hoistway. Also, by moving the pallet laterally by rotating the rotary lever, the center of the pallet can be easily aligned with the center of the entrance, thereby allowing vehicles to enter and exit safely. Therefore, the hoistway can be placed close to the wall surface that is offset from the entrance, which not only makes the use of space extremely effective, but also makes it easier to install the guide device for the lift because the guide rails etc. are close to the side walls and pillars. The mounting brackets are short and easy to install.

すむものである。 Furthermore, the groove-shaped guide rail on the back side of the pallet used in the above-mentioned locking and shifting device is not specially provided, but is used to move the pallet horizontally by engaging with auxiliary guide rollers provided on the floor during vertical transportation in a parking space. Since it can also be used as a guide to prevent positional deviation in the direction, the structure is simple and inexpensive.

せ装置。1. Equipped with an elevating lift for transferring pallets loaded onto a vehicle from a parking space provided on the upper floor or underground using an operating device on the parking space side, and the position of the vehicle entrance provided on the ground is located above the elevating lift. In cases where the hoistway is offset, the elevating lift has rails near both ends in the direction perpendicular to the pallet transfer direction, and engages two to four flanged wheels provided on the underside of the pallet. In order to enable pallet support depending on the case, two rotating levers which can be rotated by an appropriate power source are arranged on the rail connecting plate arranged between the two rails,
A roller provided at the tip of the rotating lever locks the pallet by engaging with two groove-shaped guide rails provided on the back surface of the pallet, and the pallet is moved laterally by rotation of the rotating lever. , when the lift is at the same level as the vehicle entrance, it is possible to shift the pallet toward two rails provided on the entrance floor so that it is in a straight line with the rail provided on the lift. The feature is a pallet locking and shifting device for lifting lifts for parking equipment.
