BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in a power transport vehicle, the shape of a bonnet that covers an engine part, etc. is formed into a horizontal plane with a ceiling surface at the same height. This is because the engine, battery, radiator, and other devices are concentrated in the front of the vehicle and arranged in a mixed manner. As a result, a dead space was created inside the bonnet in the space partitioned by the ceiling plate, and the partition shape of the bonnet by the horizontal ceiling surface could not be said to make the most of the limited space around the driver's seat.

In this design, the driver's seat is divided into the driver's seat on the right, the engine in the center, and the fuel tank on the left. Alternatively, in order to minimize the height of the fuel tank and eliminate dead space, a bonnet shape is provided in which the engine part is high and the fuel tank part is low, that is, the bonnet is formed in a stepped shape. .

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a side view of a power carrier. A is a power transport vehicle, which is composed of a driving section a, a transporting section b, and a running section c. In the driving section a, a driver's seat 1 is provided on the right side, an engine section 2 is provided approximately in the center on the left side, and a battery 3 and a fuel tank 4 are arranged on the left side. It is set up. 5 is the fuselage frame. Running part c
A chain case 6, which also serves as a chassis, extends from the front and back of the vehicle body on both left and right sides of the bottom of the vehicle body, and the chain case 6 includes front wheels 7,
A middle wheel 8 and a rear wheel 9 are provided. Further, the floor surface 10 of the operating section a is formed in an uneven shape, and the fuel tank 4 is configured to be placed on the convex portion of the floor surface 10.

A fan 11 is provided in front of the engine section 2, and a radiator 12 is provided in front of the fan 11. 13 is a mask. Further, an air cleaner 14 is connected to the engine section 2. On the floor surface 10 of the driving section a, a battery 3 is disposed on the lower surface part of the front part, and a fuel tank 4 is arranged on the convex high surface part of the rear part.
However, the fuel pump 15 is disposed on the inclined surface in the middle part, and the upper surface or the highest position of the fuel tank 4 is shown in the left side part of the driving part a.

FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the present invention and the power carrier A. 16 is a bonnet. The driving part a has a driver's seat 1 on the right side, an engine part 2 in the center, a battery 3, a fuel pump 15 and a fuel tank 4 on the left side.
However, the bonnet 16 is connected to the battery 3 and fuel pump 1 above and to the left of the engine section 2 in the center.
5 and the upper part of the fuel tank 4, and since the upper surface of the engine part 2 is higher than the upper surface of the fuel tank 4, the engine part 2 is raised higher than the upper part of the fuel tank 4.
It has a stepped shape with a lower height, and is located just above the upper surface of the air cleaner 14 and the fuel tank 4. That is, a vertical plane is formed between the engine part 2 and the fuel tank part 4, a pivot part 17 is provided on the right side of the engine part 2 on the side of the driver's seat 1, and the bonnet 16 is designed to open and close on the left outer side. It consists of

The embodiment of the present invention is constructed as described above, and when opening and closing the stepped-shaped bonnet 16, when the left outer opening/closing part is opened and closed up and down, the pivot part 17 is moved to the left side of the driver's seat 1. Since the bonnet 16 is pivoted in the front-rear direction on the right edge thereof, it can be opened and closed using the pivot support 17 as a fulcrum. During this opening/closing, the elasticity of the vertical surface of the bonnet 16 serves to soften any undue force or impact applied to the ceiling plate and opening/closing edges of the bonnet 16. Further, since the bonnet 16 is constructed just above the upper surface of the fuel tank 4 and the engine section 2, no dead space is created inside the bonnet 16, and the limited space can be used effectively. Since a space is created above the bonnet 16 of the fuel tank 4, this space can be used effectively and the blind spot on the left side of the driver is reduced. Furthermore, since the bonnet 16 is formed with two steps, upper and lower, it has a vertical surface, but its strength is strengthened compared to a bonnet with only a horizontal ceiling plate. Since the bonnet 16 is formed in a stepped shape through the vertical plane, the space inside the bonnet 16 is forcibly partitioned, so the flow of cooling air inside the bonnet 16 is forced, and the cooling air is forced to flow along the vertical plane. It's getting tighter and flowing easily. Whirlpools are less likely to occur. Further, since the driver is seated on the right side, when looking at the left side of the power carrier A, the left side of the bonnet 16 is at a low position, so the blind spot is narrowed and the driving field of view is widened.

According to the present invention, the bonnet is arranged just above the top surface of the engine section and the fuel tank, and is formed into a stepped shape, so that the limited space around the driver's seat can be used effectively. Do not create dead space inside the bonnet. In addition, since the bonnet is composed of horizontal and vertical surfaces, its strength is strengthened, and the flow of cooling air inside the bonnet is forced by the vertical surfaces, making it difficult for vortices to occur along the vertical surfaces and making it easier to flow. ing. Further, for the driver, since the left side of the bonnet is low, the blind spot is narrowed, making it easier to drive.
