Ventilation fans, especially those installed and used in kitchens, have traditionally had ventilation blades rotated by a motor that remove oil stains from cooking and dust contained in the air, especially smoke. There was a problem of contamination with so-called oil dust, which caused a great deal of trouble in cleaning. Therefore, in recent years, it has been considered to cover the surface of the ventilation blade with a removable synthetic resin film, for example, and with this, the surface of the ventilation blade is not soiled, only the film becomes dirty. Since the coating can be removed all at once by peeling off the coating from the surface of the blade, the effort of cleaning can be saved and it can be made very convenient. This has the disadvantage that the coating is difficult to peel off, and it is also very likely that your fingertips will get hurt as you try to pry the sharp edges of the coating with your fingernails.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its main purpose is to provide a ventilation fan in which the film covering the surface of the ventilation blade can be easily peeled off without damaging the fingertips or the like. be.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. First, in FIG.
2 is an outer frame, and 2 is a motor mounting leg installed vertically inside the outer frame 1, and a motor 3 is attached to this mounting leg 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a rotating shaft of the motor 3, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a pin 5 is inserted and protruded in the radial direction at a midway point near the tip, and a male thread is attached to the tip. 6 is engraved. On the other hand, 7 is a ventilation blade, which has a shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in detail, and is made up of, for example, four fan blades 9 protruding around a fan boss 8. In the center of 8 there is a hole 10 and a shaft cylinder 1.
1 is provided protrudingly, and a semicircular recess 12 is formed at the back end of the shaft tube 11. In detail, 13 is a coating that covers most of the surface of the ventilation vane 7, excluding the area around the center of the fan boss 8 and extending from this point to each of the fan blades 9.
For example, it is made of a plastic film and is removable, and a part of the tape 14, which is clamped between the film 13 and the surface of the fan boss 8, protrudes from its inner periphery as a peeling knob 15. . Reference numeral 16 denotes a spinner, and the inner circumferential edge of the coating 13 has a diameter smaller than that of the spinner 16. Such a spinner 16 has a nut portion 17 protruding from approximately the center thereof, and 18 is a nut portion. Part 17
This is the female thread on the inner periphery. Therefore, first, the shaft cylinder 11 and hole 10 of the ventilation blade 7 are fitted to the rotation shaft 4 of the motor 3 up to the middle part of the rotation shaft 4, so that the recess 12 is engaged with the pin 5, and then the ventilation The nut portion 17 of the spinner 16 is screwed onto the male screw portion 6 protruding from the blade 7 and tightened, thereby attaching the ventilation blade 7 to the rotating shaft 4 of the motor 3. At the same time, the knob 15
is hidden by the spinner 16 (see FIG. 3). In FIG. 1, reference numeral 19 denotes a decorative frame attached to the front surface of the outer frame 1 so as to surround the ventilation blades 7.

Next, to describe the operation, in the above configuration, if the motor 3 is energized and started, the ventilation blades 7
is rotated and the decorative frame 19 is opened from the front indoor side.
Ventilation is performed by forcing air to pass through the inside of the outer frame 1 to the rear outdoor side, and as a result, oil dust and the like adhere to the coating 13 instead of the surface of the ventilation blades 7. Therefore, in order to remove the adhered dirt such as oil dust, in this embodiment, the spinner 16 is first removed. Then, the knob 15 that has been hidden by the spinner 16 will appear, and if you then grab the exposed knob 15 and pull it toward you, the effect will spread from this knob 15 to the entire coating 13. The tensile force allows the coating 13 to be peeled off very easily and reliably, and it is also more convenient to remove dirt such as oil dust that has adhered to it, and the sharp edges of the coating 13 can be pried off with a nail. Since there is no need to do any heavy lifting, the work can be carried out safely without injuring fingertips or the like.

Also, in this case, the knob 15 is usually the spinner 16.
Therefore, it does not flap due to the wind during driving, does not become an eyesore, does not cause abnormal noise, and does not attract dirt. When I turned around and picked it up,
The film 13 can be peeled off more reliably without getting the fingers dirty or slipping.

Here, FIG. 4 shows a different embodiment of the present invention, in which the knob 15 is provided with a separate object called tape 14 instead of the aforementioned coating 13.
It has a structure in which a coating 21 having 0 integrally is used, and even if this change is made, the same effects as described above can be obtained.

FIG. 5 shows a still further embodiment of the present invention, which includes the above-mentioned coating 13 and the above-mentioned coating 2.
Instead of 1, it has a structure in which coatings 22, 23, and 24 are stacked in three layers, and each layer has knobs 25 and 2, respectively.
By having the layers 6 and 27 shifted from each other, the same effects as described above can be obtained for each layer without making a mistake in the peeling order. In this case, the number of layers is not limited to three, and only two layers or three or more layers may be provided.

In each of the above embodiments, the peeled off film may be discarded along with the dirt attached to it and replaced with a new one for use, but it is also possible to use it again after removing the dirt after peeling off. You may do so.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention is capable of peeling off the surface of a ventilation blade rotationally driven by a motor, and the knob for peeling is hidden by a spinner that attaches the ventilation blade to the motor. The ventilation blade is covered with a film that is attached to the surface of the ventilation vane, so that the film on which dirt such as oil dust has adhered can be easily and certainly removed by grasping the film without damaging the fingertips or the like. Therefore, it is more convenient and safe to remove dirt, and the above-mentioned knob is usually not obtrusive, does not cause abnormal noise, and does not get dirty. This provides valuable effects such as being able to firmly pick up the material without getting the fingers dirty or causing it to slip, thereby making it possible to more reliably peel off the film and remove stains.
