本発明は金属を溶射積層して模様付けする不燃

化粧板に対する模様付けを金属溶射方式で行う

[問題点を解決するための手段]
本発明は上記問題を解決するため、不燃板の表
面を金属溶射などによつて被覆し、該被覆層の表
面を、模様付け部を残して糊で被覆し、次いで前
記模様付け部に向け前記被覆層と異なる色の金属
を溶射して模様付けし、続いて前記糊を温水によ
りふやかして高温高圧水の噴射により前記被覆層
表面から除去し、しかる後溶射金属表面を光沢仕

以下本発明の実施例を図面を参照しつつ説明す

第1図に示すように適宜形状(例えば正方形)
のセラミツク板、ケイカル板、スレート板などの
不撚板1の表面に研磨材を吹付けて砂地状にす
る。砂地状になつた不撚板1の表面全体に例えば
銅、黄銅、ニツケル合金など適宜選択した金属を
溶射して不燃板1の表面全体を第2図に示すよう
に厚さ約1.5〜2mmの溶射金属の層2で被覆す

4で被覆する。印刷糊4が乾燥したら、模様付け
部3に向け下地の金属色と異なる色の金属5を溶

面から剥離し易くなつたら不燃板1を温水槽6か
ら引上げ、第8図に示すように矢印a方向に走行
するコンベア8に載せ高圧蒸気ノズル9からの高
温高圧水の噴射により被覆層2の表面から印刷糊
4を除去する。模様付けの際に模様付け部3から
はみ出て印刷糊に付着した金属は、上記高温高圧
水の噴射によつて印刷糊4と共に剥離する(第9

の剥離と共に除去され、模様付け部3にのみ金属
を溶射積層することができるので、正確な模様付

(iii) 金属面を樹脂などでコーテイングしているの
で、長期に亘つて光沢を保持できると共に表面

Claims (1)

り前記被覆層表面から除去し、しかる後溶射金属
