BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, walls of multi-story parking buildings (parking towers) and the like have been constructed by using lightweight steel as a support and attaching panels to the support. The joints between the panels are formed by interposing a member called a joint or a jointer between the panels and filling the joint with an appropriate caulking material. However, caulking is not always completed completely, and even if it is completely caulked, there may be slight gaps between the joints. The problem was that rainwater entered the building from the joints at the top and bottom of the panels, that is, from the side joints, and into the inside of the building.

That is, FIGS. 1A and 1B illustrate conventional panel joints constituting the wall of a multistory parking building, and the one in FIG. 1A has a so-called hat-shaped joint between the upper and lower panels 1. A horizontal joint joiner 2 is interposed and caulking material 3 is filled, and the one in Figure 1B has a Z joint between the upper and lower panels 1,
Although a character-shaped horizontal joint joiner 4 is interposed and caulking material 5 is filled, in the structure shown in FIG. In some cases, even if rainwater infiltrates horizontally as shown by arrow a, it will not flow into the inside of the building because the upwardly bent part 2a of the horizontal joint jointer 2 faces upward and acts as a barrier. If the infiltration splits downward or infiltrates horizontally as shown by arrow b, the downward bent portion 2b faces downward and cannot act as a barrier, so it will flow into the inside of the building. In the structure, even if rainwater infiltrates as shown by arrow a, the inner bent portion 4a of the horizontal joint joiner 4 acts as a barrier, so it will not flow into the inside of the building as in the case of Fig. 1A. , rainwater is blown up and arrow b
If it enters horizontally as shown in the figure, the outer bent part 4b faces downward and cannot act as a barrier (the bent part 4b contacts the panel surface and the jointer 4
(even if the bottom part is also filled with caulking material),
Since the liquid flows into the inside of the building and the outer bent portion 4b is exposed on the outer surface of the panel 1, there is a drawback that the outer side becomes unsightly.

The panel 11 includes, for example, a core plate 13 made of wood wool cement with excellent heat insulation and sound absorption properties, on the inside and outside.
Surface board 1 made from flexible asbestos cement
A part of the core board 13 located at the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower panels 11 and a part of the surface board 14 on the outside of the lower panel 11 are removed. Then, a waterproof mortar layer 1 is applied to the removed area.
Upper and lower panels 11 to be filled and joined with 5 and 16
At the same time, a surface plate 14 from which a part of the lower panel 11 is removed is formed at the lower end of the wood.
The notch is cut out to form a step surface 17 having a lower outer side and having a bottom surface that is the same plane as the joining end.

The horizontal joint jointer 12 is formed by bending and forming a rectangular plate material such as a galvanized iron plate, aluminum, or stainless steel, and has a step bending portion 18 having substantially the same shape as the step surface 17 and a T-shaped abutting bend connected to the rear end thereof. portions 19a and 19b are provided.

As described above, the present invention provides a side joint joiner 1
Since the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower panels 11, 11 that come into contact with the upper and lower panels 11, 11 are formed with waterproof mortar layers 15, 16, the application of the caulking material 20 may not be complete, or even if it is complete, the caulking may be applied afterwards. Even if cracks or the like occur in the material 20, and therefore rainwater may infiltrate into the joints between the panels 11 during torrential rain, storms, etc., it will only reach the shallow area where the caulking material 20 is located.
Furthermore, it does not penetrate inward and flow into the inside of the wall made up of each panel 11, nor does it enter into the inside of the wall itself.

In particular, the present invention provides a stepped surface 17 at the upper end of the lower panel 11, and a stepped bent portion 18 that fits into the stepped surface 17 and an abutted bent portion 19a that contacts the inner surface plate 14 of the upper panel 11. Therefore, even if rainwater infiltrates between the waterproof mortar layer 16 and the caulking material 20 horizontally as shown by arrow a, the abutting bent portion 19a faces upward and acts as a barrier. The inflow does not flow into the inside of the wall made of the panel 11, and the intrusion as shown by arrow a is divided downward, or the lower part of the stepped surface 17 and the lower part of the stepped bent part 18 are horizontally separated as shown by arrow b. Even if the water enters between the walls, the intermediate portion 17a of the stepped surface 17 acts as a barrier, so that it will not penetrate any further inward and flow into the inside of the wall. Further, since another abutting bent part 19b is connected to the abutting bent part 19a and is brought into contact with the inner surface plate 14 of the lower panel 11, the joint between the upper and lower panels 11 is covered and the appearance is improved. Not only is it good, but also both abutting bent portions 1
9a and 19b are T-shaped with the horizontal joint jointer 12 as the boundary, so that the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower panels 11 can be joined neatly without shifting, and the upper and lower panels 11 can be joined to the inside of these joints. Even when external forces are applied, the upper and lower ends are less likely to shift, resulting in damage to the joints and the intrusion of rainwater from there.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the upper and lower panels 11 to be joined have a composite structure in which the core plate 13 and the inner and outer sides thereof are integrally attached. The upper and lower ends of the upper and lower panels 11 to be joined are formed by removing a portion of the outer surface plate 14 of the lower panel 11 and filling the removed portion with a waterproof mortar layer. Despite the structure, together with the horizontal joint jointer 12, a joint portion that does not allow rainwater to enter can be easily and reliably formed.

As described above, according to the present invention, all of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks can be eliminated, and the present invention is extremely useful as a joint structure for panels constituting walls of multi-story parking buildings and the like.
