Folded box containers made of foamed resin sheets such as foamed polystyrene sheets have been used for various purposes, but folded boxes are made by folding and assembling flat sheet materials into a three-dimensional folded box shape and joining the pieces as appropriate. As for the series of folding box manufacturing operations until the box is completed, it is very time consuming to carry out each step by hand, and the finished product is uneven, resulting in unsatisfactory quality. There is also a device that heat-seals sheet materials using a heated blade to perform bonding and assembly, such as the one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-24168, but it is difficult to smoothly guide the original sheet material for folding box manufacturing. Since the heating blade is fixed at a fixed position, in order for the heating blade to continue heating and fusing work at the corner position of the original plate, the exact dimensions must be maintained without allowing slight dimensional deviations on the original plate. It required precision and was technically extremely difficult. Therefore, various folding box manufacturing devices have been proposed that automatically and easily perform the above-mentioned folding and assembling and heat-sealing using heated blades, but these devices tend to become complicated and there are problems with the accuracy of the finish and the quality of the heat-sealed parts. I was so hot that I couldn't find anything to satisfy me.

In particular, when the folding boxes are assembled and manufactured directly at the site where they are used in order to reduce transportation costs, it is required that the equipment be as easy to use as possible and the cost of the equipment itself should be low, and further improvements have been desired.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and provides a device that is convenient to use and inexpensive. The device is constructed from a foamed resin sheet and has a structure around the bottom piece. This is a device for assembling and manufacturing folding boxes using original plate materials whose side pieces are connected in a freely bendable manner. In the space formed in the center of the table, it is possible to contact both sides of each corner of the folding box. A plurality of sets of guide plates are provided, and the upper end of each guide plate is curved outward. Furthermore, the heating blades are movably provided at the outside of each corner of each guide plate, allowing them to advance to the inner heat-sealing position through the gaps formed at the corners of each guide plate. Place the heating blade on the installation stand,
The above-mentioned guide plate is fixed to the tip of each installation stand, and the installation stand is installed on a sliding shaft for the front and rear directions and for the left and right directions. It is designed to be able to slide back and forth or left and right while maintaining the parallel relationship between the two, and each installation base is configured so that it can be freely moved close to the center of the empty space or remotely from the center to match the folded box shape. It is characterized by the fact that

First, the illustrated apparatus exemplifies the case where a rectangular folded box container A is manufactured, and an original plate material S previously formed from a foamed resin sheet such as a foamed polystyrene sheet is used. As the original plate material S, side pieces d are connected to each of the four sides of a square bottom piece b in the center via a V-shaped bending groove c, and each side piece d
The ends are beveled so that they can be butted together and joined (see Figures 5 and 6).
After raising and bending the side pieces d around the bottom piece b, the slanted end surfaces e and e of the adjacent side pieces d and d are joined at the four corners by heat fusion, and the folded box A is formed. (See Figure 7).

Reference numeral 4 denotes a press plate provided above the center of the space 2 so as to be able to rise and fall freely, and the press plate 4 is surrounded by the plurality of sets of guide plates 3, 3 by the operation of a linear head 41 driven by a motor 40. It is designed to be able to move freely from the upper position to the lower position in the central space. Note that 42 is a felt sheet that covers the lower surface of the pressing plate 4, or from the lower surface to the side surface, and makes good contact with the original plate material S (see FIG. 3).

Next, reference numeral 5 denotes a heating blade installation stand, which, like the guide plates 3 and 3, is provided at a position corresponding to each corner of the folding box A. On each installation stand 5, a heating blade 50 is mounted on an electromagnetic cylinder. 51 etc., and the heating blade 50 can be freely moved in and out from a gap 31 formed in the center of a pair of guide plates 3, 3 toward the inner center. Note that the heater for the heating blade 50 is appropriately covered so as not to be exposed. In addition, the lower end of the heating blade 50 is cut off obliquely, and this is because when the heating blade 50 heat-seals the end surface e of the side piece d of the folding box A, which will be described later, the heating blade 50 cuts off the bottom edge of the bottom piece b.
This prevents it from digging into the sides (see Figure 3).

In addition, before both ends e of each side piece d completely abut, the heating blade 50 is moved between the guide plates 3 and 3.
It is made to advance from the gap 31 to the center of the adjacent side pieces d, d. After the heating blade 50 heats and melts the oblique end surfaces e, e, which are the joint surfaces of the side pieces d, d, the heating blade 50 is withdrawn, and at the same time, the pressing plate 4 is further lowered to , d are tightly joined together to complete the assembly and joining of folding box A (see FIG. 3). The completed folded box A is taken out from below the guide plates 3, 3 and collected. Further, the device is designed to operate automatically by electrically controlling the timing of the lowering of the pressing plate 4 and the opening and closing of the heating blade 50.

In addition, the number of guide plates 3, 3 and heating blades 50 to be installed can be freely changed depending on the shape of the folding box A (including polygons such as hexagons, octagons, and other irregular shapes). A plurality of sets of guide plates 3, 3 corresponding to the number of corner portions and heating blades 50 corresponding to the heat-sealed portions of the side pieces d of the folding box A may be appropriately provided.

In particular, since the necessary bending and assembly work is carried out by pushing down the original plate material S and regulating it with the guide plate 3 whose upper end is curved outward, the original plate material S can be guided smoothly. The assembly accuracy is also good and reliable assembly can be performed. Also heating blade 5
A heating blade 50 is provided so as to be able to move in and out from the gap 31 between the pair of guide plates 3, 3, and the heating blade 50 is advanced just before both ends e, e of each side piece d are brought into contact with each other and assembled. Immediately after heating and melting the end face e of d, the heating blade 5
Since the end faces e and e of the side piece d are fused and joined together by retracting the side piece 0, the size of the side piece d can be more flexible compared to a device in which the heating blade is fixed at a fixed position. It is easy to heat, heats properly, and has good heating efficiency.
Moreover, since excessive heating is not performed, the finish of the joints is also good. Since the heating blade 50 advances inward of the guide plates 3, 3 only when in use, the heating blade 50 does not cut into the bottom piece b etc. or transmit unnecessary heat when not in use, which improves safety. It becomes very desirable. Further, the heating blade 50 is placed on the installation stand 5, and the guide plate 3,
3 are fixed respectively, and this installation stand 5 is installed on the slide shafts 60, 61 for the front-back direction and the left-right direction, and each installation stand 5 is
However, it is formed so that it can slide forward and backward or left and right while maintaining the parallel relationship front and back and left and right, and can freely move close to the center of the empty space 2 or outward from the center according to the shape of the folded box. Therefore, even if the shape or size of the folding box A is changed due to the use of the device, the installation base 5 can be moved by the slide shafts 60 and 61.
By adjusting the above, it becomes possible to easily deal with the problem, and it becomes highly flexible. Furthermore, the device itself has a relatively simple structure, does not take up much space, can be manufactured at low cost, and is easy to operate, making it particularly suitable for applications where folding boxes are assembled and manufactured directly at the site where folding boxes are used. It is excellent.
