As proposals to meet these demands, methods described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-36206, Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-44570, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 15406-1982 are known. As shown in FIG. 1 (longitudinal cross-sectional view of the pot), the pot manufactured by these methods includes a pot bottom insert 1 made of a chemical-resistant material and, for example,
Glass fibers, carbon fibers, aromatic polyamide fibers, etc. impregnated with an acid-resistant thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin are wound in diagonal or almost parallel layers multiple times, the resin is cured, and the fibers are potted. It forms the main body 2. The pots manufactured in this way were lighter and more resistant to acid than the conventional Bakelite pots reinforced with piano wire, making a significant contribution to energy savings.

Since the pot is used at extremely high speeds of rotation per minute, a small error in the roundness of the side wall of the pot will cause a large force to be applied to this part of the pot, causing the cross-sectional shape of the pot to change from a rectangle to a parallelogram. It had the disadvantage of causing deformation.

This spinning pot is characterized in that the insert 1 is fixedly installed in the pot side wall 4, and the circumferential portion 6 of the bottom surface 5 of the insert 1 projects upward.

In the figure, the insert 1 is made of a chemical-resistant material such as Bakelite, has an inverted triangular shape, and has a protrusion 7 formed on a circumferential portion 6 of the bottom surface 5 of the insert. In this embodiment, the protrusion 7 is formed into a ring shape. Alternatively, it may be formed into a comb shape.

巾が極めて小さくなることが解る。 The present inventors manufactured a pot by changing the height of the protrusion 7 described above, and the pot was rotated at a rotation speed of 8000 revolutions/minute.
After continuous operation for 336 hours, the maximum swing width of the tip of the pot was measured. The results obtained are shown in FIG. From FIG. 3, it can be seen that when the height of the protrusion 7 is formed to be 10 mm or more higher than the bottom surface 5 of the insert, the maximum swing width of the tip of the pot becomes extremely small.

It is possible to finish the inner surface of the pot, which also has the effect of suppressing the formation of fuzz on the cake that comes into contact with this portion after being formed into a pot.

It was operated continuously for 336 hours at 8000 revolutions per minute, and the maximum swing width of the tip of the pot was measured after the operation. As a result of the measurement,
The deflection width was extremely small at 7 x 10 -2 mm, indicating a significant improvement in strength compared to the conventional pot's deflection width of 60 x 10 -2 mm. (See Figure 3).
