In the process before cutting the sewn product, there has been a known device that can apply anti-raveling treatment to the cut portion of the sewn product in advance. It was a product in which a certain sewing thread was heat-welded to prevent the thread from unraveling (hereinafter referred to as "anti-raveling by heat treatment").

Therefore, with such a device, if a material with a lower melting point than sewing thread is used as the material for sewing, it is difficult to prevent the thread from fraying.
There are serious problems, such as the possibility that the material may be burned out at the same time when the sewing thread is welded.

An embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. In the example shown, a synthetic adhesive with excellent quick-drying properties that melts immediately when heated and immediately solidifies into a waxy state at room temperature is used as the glue, and the glue feed roller 11, roller 12, and tank are A hot wire heater is built into the adhesive 14, thereby keeping the adhesive 13 in a molten state at all times during operation of the device. Then, a roller 12 whose lower part is dipped in adhesive is interposed in the tank 14, and the glue feeding roller 1
1 is averaged.
That is, the glue feeding roller 11 adjacent to the roller 12
As shown in FIG. 2, protrusions 111 corresponding to the perforation threads of the sewn product are provided around the circumference in the circumferential direction, and between the circumferential surface of the protrusions 111 and the circumferential surface of the roller 12. , a minute gap smaller than the adhesive layer adhered to the roller 12 is formed, and the glue feeding roller 11
By connecting the rollers 12 with the chain 10 and rotating them in synchronization, the adhesive is uniformly applied to the circumferential surfaces of the protrusions 111.

One embodiment of the device of the present invention is as described above,
In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the principle of operation of this embodiment will be briefly explained. The basic principle of operation of the device of the present invention is to When the air cylinder 31 is operated intermittently, the gluing roller 2
0 is pressed against the protrusions 111 of the glue feed roller 11, so that the glue is applied only to the parts of the lining of the sewing product that are in pressure contact with the protrusions 111. However, since the glue dries immediately at room temperature, The threads are prevented from unraveling at the perforations of the sewn product. Simultaneously with the operation of this gluing roller 2, the transfer auxiliary roller 6
2, the sewing material 20 is placed on the rotating transfer roller 61.
When pressed, the sewn article 20 is pinched and transferred by these two rollers 61 and 62, and as a result, the perforations 18 of the lining of the sewn article 20 are successively treated to prevent unraveling. After cutting, the sewn product is glued 16, 17 only at the necessary locations before and after the cutting line 15, as shown in FIG.

Based on this principle, the device of the present invention sequentially performs the treatment to prevent threads from unraveling while transporting the sewing material, so the glue feeding roller is moved in the direction of the gluing roller to apply glue to the sewing material 20. By adjusting the time for which this is done, the number of threads to be unraveled can be arbitrarily controlled.
