る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a communication cable having a communication cable unit consisting of an assembly of a plurality of insulated core wires, in which a heated melt of hot melt adhesive is sprayed in a ring shape onto the outer periphery of the communication cable unit. Regarding a method of manufacturing a communication cable unit characterized by forming a protective wrapping part, the purpose thereof is to increase the manufacturing speed, reduce costs, and improve convenience in processing the product for installation and wiring. be.

In addition, various types of threads or tapes were wrapped around the outer periphery of each unit U or unit bundle by winding them loosely or horizontally with overlaps.

つたりするおそれがあつた。 However, when cutting the communication cable and processing the laying wiring, it is extremely difficult to peel off the windings B and B' due to the relationship between the cutting end and the rear end of the cable in a horizontally wound unit structure with overlapping parts. In the case of difficult or loose winding, when multiple communication cable units are branched and used, it is necessary to expose a long length of the communication cable unit U from the cable sheath Sh, which may break the wrapping of the communication cable unit U and cause problems between the units. There was a risk that the identification would be incomplete and the identification between communication cable units would become unclear.

するものである。 The present invention solves these problems by heating and melting hot melt adhesive periodically in the length direction around the outer periphery of the communication cable unit, which is a bundle of a plurality of insulated core wires constituting the communication cable unit. To provide a method for manufacturing a communication cable unit, which can easily wrap the communication cable unit by spray coating and realize the entire manufacturing process at high speed, and also has good flexibility and convenience when using and processing the product. It is something.

かけとするものである。 Hereinafter, the configuration and the like will be explained in detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 2a is a sectional view of an embodiment of a communication cable unit for explaining the present invention;
FIG. 2b is a perspective view of the external appearance, and FIG. 2c is an explanatory view of the same when it is divided and disassembled. In the figure, l is a communication cable unit (hereinafter simply referred to as the unit).
R is a ring-shaped wrapping part that holds down the insulated core wire L, which is made of polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polyamide, polyester, etc., and is molded at a temperature of 100° to 200°C. It consists of a hot melt adhesive that has a viscosity of the heated melt suitable for the machine, and the heated melt of the hot melt adhesive is periodically sprayed around the outer periphery of the unit, which is a bundle of insulated core wires, in a ring shape along its length. Apply. The coating method and the method for forming the grooves S are described in detail in Japanese Patent Application No. 140286/1986 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 42109/1982), so they will not be repeated here. S is a groove provided in a part of the surface of the annular wrapping part R in the length direction of the unit to facilitate disassembly of the wrapping, and serves as a tightening tool for disassembling and disassembling the unit U (see Fig. 2 c). It is something to do.

縛の解体処理の容易さ等の向上をもたらす。 As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a cable unit is attached to a tape by periodically spraying a heated melt of hot melt adhesive over the lengthwise direction of the outer periphery of a bundle of insulated core wires. It is no longer necessary to press and wrap the cable with a wire, which not only increases the manufacturing speed and reduces costs, but also provides a highly flexible communication cable unit and improves convenience in laying and processing the cable, such as the ring-shaped wrapping section R. By applying different colors to the cable units, it is possible to identify the units, which improves the ease of dismantling the bundles.

して奏する効果は極めて著大なものである。 In addition, by providing a groove S in the length direction of the unit on a part of the surface of the annular wrapping portion R, the wrapping can be easily dismantled, and the effect obtained when applied to a communication cable unit is extremely significant. It is something.
