It is composed of a die holder 6 and a die 7. The bare conductive wire W1 is coated with paint E in a coating bath 8 partitioned by a partition plate 3 and then baked, and this operation is repeated several times to form an insulated wire.

E 2 is supplied to each bare conductive wire W, paint E 1 is applied and baked, and then paint E 2 is further applied and baked. For this reason, when manufacturing single-coat insulated wires, it was possible to manufacture two insulated wires, but when manufacturing double-coat insulated wires, only one insulated wire could be manufactured, reducing work efficiency. There's a problem.

The object of the present invention is to provide a paint applicator that can efficiently manufacture insulated wires having a multiple insulation structure by slightly improving a conventional paint applicator.
That is, the apparatus of the present invention comprises a first and a second paint application tank, and the second paint application tank is provided with a hollow tube that penetrates the first paint application tank.

is the first paint application tank, and a conventional paint application tank can be used as is. This first paint application tank 1

In the paint coating tank 1, the paint E1 is applied onto the circumference of the conducting wire W, and then in the second paint application tank 11, the paint E2 is applied to produce a double-coated insulated wire.

Paint E 2 is applied on W. Furthermore, due to the existence of the tube body 10, the paint E 2 is reduced due to wear of the packing 14.
Even if it leaks downward, it can be prevented from getting mixed into the paint E1 . The tubular body 10 and the second paint coating tank 11 do not need to be connected directly, but may be connected at a certain interval.

例のようにするのが好ましい。 The second paint application tank 11 is provided below the first paint application tank 1, and the conductor W coated with paint E 2 is connected to the pipe body 1.
0 may be passed through, but it is preferable to do as shown in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, since the conductor W may come into contact with the inner wall of the pipe body 10 due to vibrations and cause the freshly applied paint to peel off. .
