時の衝撃を緩衝したパレツト搬送装置に関するも

時の衝撃吸収に限界があり、後者はパレツトとパ
レツトの追突する時の緩衝ができなくてパレツト
の高速搬送が図れないという欠点を有していた。
さらに後者は複雑で大きいスペースがいるし、経

よりシール効果を持たせた構成とした緩衝装置本

ヤ速度に応じてこの逆止弁付流量制御弁8の流量
を調節することにより緩衝効果を変えることがで
きる。次にストツパ装置4が解除されるか前方パ
レツトが取り除かれたとき、ピストン7は圧縮バ
ネ11の反撥力で復帰する。このとき後部シリン
ダ室10への空気は逆止弁付流量制御弁8の逆止
弁を通つて給排気口9から自由に流入するので復
帰動作は早い。なお前部シリンダ室14の空気は
