It is also possible to process scales, letters, etc. at the same time as drilling, but this increases the complexity of the mold and increases the cost. Furthermore, since burrs are produced during processing, post-processing to remove burrs is required.

However, in the case of input forms for optical character reading devices made of synthetic resin, the spacing between the reading frames is very narrow, and since the template is traced with a writing instrument, the template cannot be made very thick. If provided, it would not be strong enough to withstand the force of tracing with a writing instrument. Therefore, in the case of synthetic resin, a through-reading section frame is provided every other time, and then a reading frame section is printed between the through-reading section frames. To draw a continuous reading frame using this synthetic resin template, first trace and write the through-reading frame with a writing instrument, and then fill the drawn reading frame with the reading frame printed on the template. It is very troublesome to have to overlap the marks and trace the through-reading part frame again with a writing instrument.

ものである。 That is, the present invention provides two original plates each having a pattern for half-etching scales and characters, and a pattern for through-holes in the shape of a reading frame and line marks, respectively. Align the patterns so that they overlap and join them at their edges, insert a metal plate with a photoresist film on both sides between the two original plates, and expose it from both the front and back sides. The gist of this is to perform an etching process.

A cut is made with a cutter and the light-shielding film is peeled off to create a document with the desired pattern, and the document is converted to film to create an original plate. As shown in Figure 2, prepare two original plates and overlap them to form a
The sides are fixed with an adhesive 5, and the metal plate 1 is inserted between the two original plates 7 and 9, brought into close contact with each other, and exposed to light from both sides. However, in this case, one original plate 7 is provided with a pattern 11 of characters and scales.
Next, when the unexposed photoresist film is dissolved using a developer, a photoresist image having a desired pattern of holes is formed on the metal plate as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the photoresist film is dried again to completely harden it, and the areas where the photoresist film is not present are etched using an etching solution for processing. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the reading section frame portion is etched from both sides to form through holes 13, but the characters and scale portions are etched from only one side to form holes 15 of a certain depth. Furthermore, the photoresist film is removed to create a template for designing metal forms.
