Specifically, when dyeing a long fabric, for example, it is often required to dye each predetermined length a different color. In the conventional case of performing such different color dyeing, each time the dye solution in the tank is changed, the running of the fabric in the tank and the steamer used for dyeing is interrupted, or the supply of moist heat in the steamer is interrupted. After washing the inside of the liquid tank and replacing with new dye liquid,
Since the running of the fabric is continued again, when the running of the fabric is interrupted and restarted, a change in humidity and heat occurs in the steamer, which makes it impossible to uniformly dye the entire surface of the long fabric. There was a problem that made it possible. In addition, there was also the problem that productivity was reduced due to the interruption of fabric running and the need to wait for restart.

The liquid treatment of the fabric 2 thus transferred progresses,
When the end of the fabric 2 approaches the liquid treatment device,
When the mark 18 provided near the joint between the end of the fabric 2 and the guiding fabric 21 reaches the position of the mark sensor 19, the detection output of the mark sensor 19 is introduced into the control circuit 20, and thereby the motor 22 is decelerated and the speed of fabric 2 is decelerated.
The terminal end of is immersed into the liquid passage 9. A signal from the roller control circuit 20 whose terminal end is drawn out from the liquid passage 9 causes the liquid to be supplied from the processing liquid supply pipe 10 to the solenoid valve 2.
1 1 or 21 2 or 21 3 , the infrared dryer 15 is stopped, and the cylinder 7 is further operated to open the movable frame as shown by the chain line. Next, the solenoid valve 215 or 214 opens, and the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 13 is sprayed from the processing liquid supply pipe 10 and the cleaning liquid shower 11, and the cleaning water is sprayed onto the movable frame 6, the fabric guide rolls 31 , 32 , 3 3 ,
It is sprayed onto the surfaces of the passage frame 5, squeezing rolls 4 1 , 4 2 , etc., for effective cleaning in a short period of time. During this cleaning operation, the transfer of the fabric, that is, the transfer of the guide cloth, continues, and the guide cloth 21 continues to wash and wipe the peripheral surface of each roll. When cleaning of the liquid processing device is completed and the guiding cloth 21 passes through the liquid processing device, the movable frame 6 is closed by a signal from the control circuit 20, and the liquid passage 9 is formed again. 9, a preset new processing liquid is supplied from the processing liquid supply pipe 10, and the motor 22 rotates normally, so that all operations are restored as explained by our office. The liquid impregnation treatment on the fabric 22 is performed continuously.

As described above, the present invention connects a guiding cloth between the end of a long fabric of a predetermined length to be continuously processed and the starting end of the next long fabric, and connects the guiding cloth to an appropriate position. Alternatively, a mark may be placed at the joint between the guide cloth and the treated cloth, and when the passing of this mark is detected, the processing liquid to be impregnated into the treated cloth is outputted from an operating control circuit without stopping the running of the cloth. This is an automatic liquid exchange method for fabric processing liquid, which is characterized by automatically sequentially performing drainage liquid cleaning and liquid exchange in a filled liquid tank device. As the process progresses, the liquid in the liquid treatment tank is automatically replaced, resulting in labor savings. Further, according to the present invention, the liquid in the liquid tank can be quickly replaced (about 2 minutes) without interrupting the progress of the fabric or the subsequent wet heat treatment equipment, etc., so that productivity can be improved.
