(従来の技術)
従来、椎茸栽培に使用する種菌には、椎茸菌を
培養した原木を定形に削つて作つた木の種駒と、
オガ屑に培養した粉体のオガ屑菌と、オガ屑と石
膏との混合物中に培養した石膏駒等に大別されて
いる。然して菌を培養した木の種駒は自動植菌機
又は手打作業によつて容易に植菌孔への打ち込み
が出来るが、この種駒はその製造に手数を要す

め原木の植菌孔に注入することに手間が掛かつて
取り扱いがしにくい上、植菌後に菌が乾燥しない
ように植菌孔の種菌に蓋をすることを要して作業
能率が極めて悪い欠点がある。しかしこのオガ屑
菌は価格が安い上、菌が早く原木に活着して椎茸
を早く生かす利点があり、その欠点を解消すると
共に利点を活かしてオガ屑菌を容易に打ち込み出
来るようにしたことが本整形駒を開発した基をな

する棒状の芯体を有する蓋を設けて芯体と蓋と種

種駒の形状に形成した型枠に椎茸菌を混合した

り出すまでに通常5〜10日を要するが、本発明で
は蓋の下側に芯体があるので菌による接着を待た
なくても型枠を取り外すことができ、菌による接
着を期待しても蓋と菌とは芯体の存在によつて強
固に短時間で固定される。また、オガ屑だけの場
合には石膏をつなぎ材として混合し成形後に取り
外すが、この場合も芯体によつて蓋を十分に維持
することができる。このように菌の繁殖による蓋
の接着の場合、菌の繁殖によらない場合、何れの

定し、その組織が堅固になつて破損がし難くな
り、手による打ち込みが容易になり、オガ屑菌も
石膏菌も木の種駒と同様に打ち込むことができて
作業性を著しく向上させる作用効果を具備し極め
