模様形成方法にあり、その目的とするところは複
雑な金型や方法を用いることなく、建築材の表面
に突条の波打ち模様を形成することができる建築

ように複数本の直線状の凹溝4を設けてある。し

布した亜鉛処理鋼板のような金属基板2を後方か
ら送込んでゆくと、注入路6から送出されてくる

共に前方へ押出されて金属基板2の表面を被覆層
3aにより被覆すると共に金型1の凹溝4によつ
て表面にその長手方向に沿つて突条3bを形成す
る。ここで、合成樹脂材3の押出し速度は金属基
板2の送込み速度よりも大きく設定してあるか
ら、金型1の出口から押出された後に合成樹脂材
3は構造的に弱い方向に逃げようとする。ここ
に、合成樹脂材3はその粘性により金属基板2に
近いところでは金属基板2とほぼ同速度で流れ、
金属基板2から離れた部分では金属基板2よりも
速く流れることになる。金型1には上記凹溝4が
形成されて被覆層3aの表面に突条3bが形成さ
れるから、金属基板2に近い部分の被覆層3aや
突条3bの基部よりも構造的に弱い突条3bの先

の基部に真直ぐに押出されるが、金属基板2から
離れた突条3bの先端部分は突条3bの幅方向に
おいて波打状に蛇行するのである。この波打ち現
