[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In such a conventional example, since a plurality of protrusions 4' made of synthetic resin are protruded from the upper surface, it is possible to prevent slipping when the foot is placed on the upper surface. There was a problem that the cushioning property was poor because the 4' was a straight line, and the metal substrate 2' was a thin metal plate and had a flat plate shape, so there was a problem that the strength was weak.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the flooring material of the present invention has a synthetic resin coating layer 3 on the surface of a metal substrate 2 in which peaks 1a and valleys 1b are formed alternately along the longitudinal direction. A plurality of protrusions 4 made of synthetic resin extending along the entire length in the longitudinal direction are protruded from the upper surface of the coating layer 3, and the upper part of the protrusions 4 is alternately divided into sections with rough pitches and sections with fine pitches. It is characterized by being formed into a wavy shape that repeats. In addition, the method for manufacturing the flooring material of the present invention includes feeding the metal substrate 2 having peaks 1a and troughs 1b alternately formed along the longitudinal direction into a mold 5 of an extrusion molding machine, and feeding the metal substrate 2 at a speed of The synthetic resin material 6 is extruded at a higher extrusion speed to cover the metal substrate 2 with the coating layer 3, and the straight grooves 7 of the mold 5 form the synthetic resin protrusions 4 on the upper surface of the coating layer 3. Then, the lower part of the protrusion 4 is made in a straight line, and the protrusion 4
The part corresponding to the upper peak part 1a of the protrusion 4 is formed into a rough pitch wavy shape, and the upper part of the protrusion 4 has a trough part 1.
The feature is that the part corresponding to b is formed into a wavy shape with a fine pitch.

[Example] Reference numeral 2 is a metal substrate such as a substantially flat iron plate or copper plate, and as shown in FIGS. are formed alternately at a constant pitch, so that the center of the metal substrate 2 has a wavy cross section as shown in FIG.
The upper surface of the valley portion 1b is flat. Reference numeral 5 designates a mold for an extrusion molding machine, which is a cross-head die type, and as shown in FIG. An injection path 9 for injecting the synthetic resin material 6 into the through hole 8 is formed, and the front side of the injection path 9 of the through hole 8 is wider than the rear side, so that the synthetic resin material 6 is injected into the metal substrate 2.
In addition, a plurality of straight grooves 7 are provided in the through hole 8 in front of the injection path as shown in FIG. 2. As shown in FIG. 6, when the metal substrate 2 whose surface is coated with an adhesive 10 (there is no problem even if no adhesive is coated) is fed from the rear, the metal substrate 2 is fed from the injection path 9. The synthetic resin material 6 is pushed forward together with the metal substrate 2, and the metal substrate 2
The surface of the metal mold 5 is covered with a coating layer 3, and a protrusion 4 is formed on the surface along the longitudinal direction by the groove 7 of the mold 5. Here, since the extrusion speed of the synthetic resin material is higher than the feeding speed of the metal substrate 2, the synthetic resin material 6 flows near the metal substrate 2 at the same speed as the feeding speed of the metal substrate 2 due to the viscosity of the synthetic resin material 6. However, as the distance from the metal substrate 2 increases, the flow speed of the synthetic resin material 6 increases (a gradient occurs in the flow speed due to viscosity). Although it is extruded, the total length along the upper part of the protrusion 4 is longer than the total length of the lower part, and the protrusion 4 meanders in a wavy manner. Moreover, the distance from the metal substrate 2 to the upper part of the protrusion 4 is greater in the section located above the valley 1b of the metal substrate 2 than in the section located above the peak 1a of the metal substrate 2. In addition, the undulation in the portion corresponding to the trough portion 1b becomes particularly severe, and the upper part of the protrusion 4 alternately repeats fine pitch sections and rough pitch sections corresponding to the trough portion 1b and the peak portion 1a. In this way, a flat coated metal plate 11 as shown in FIG. is formed.

What is shown in FIGS. 8a and 8b is another example of the present invention, in which the protrusions 4 of the flooring material A formed as described above
It is cut like a C line in a rough pitch section, making it soft to the touch.

As described above, in the present invention, the surface of the metal substrate is coated with a synthetic resin coating layer, and a plurality of synthetic resin protrusions are provided on the upper surface of the coating layer, so that when the foot is placed on it, it slides on the protrusions. Not only can it be stopped, but the ridges are formed in a wavy shape, so the upper surface has cushioning properties and is comfortable to step on, and the wavy ridges prevent the flooring material from slipping in the longitudinal and width directions. Moreover, the metal substrate has alternating peaks and valleys, which improves the strength of the flooring material.Furthermore, the upper part of the protrusion can be divided into rough and fine pitch sections. Since it is formed in a wavy shape with alternating sections, it has a grass-grained appearance with a change in appearance, and has the advantage of being anti-slip due to the difference in cushioning properties between the rough and fine pitched parts of the undulation. Further, the present invention involves feeding a metal substrate having peaks and valleys formed alternately along the longitudinal direction into a mold of an extrusion molding machine, and extruding a synthetic resin material at an extrusion speed higher than the feed speed of the metal substrate to coat the metal substrate. The metal substrate is coated with the layer, and a straight groove in the mold forms a protrusion on the upper surface of the coating layer, and the lower part of the protrusion is formed in a straight line and corresponds to the peak at the top of the protrusion. The flooring material of the present invention can be manufactured easily and continuously by extrusion molding because the part is formed into a rough pitched wavy shape and the part corresponding to the upper trough of the protrusion is formed into a fine pitched wavy shape. It has the advantage of being able to be used in many different ways, and does not require complicated molds or equipment.
