た。 Conventionally, in order to form a protruding nozzle in a spinneret, first a large number of nozzle holes 3 (only two are shown in the figure) are cut in the spinning face plate 2 of the spinneret 1, as shown in FIG. 2a. Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, a thin spinning hole 4 is formed at the tip of the nozzle hole 3 using a punch, and a protrusion 5 is formed on the spinning surface 2a, and then the tip of the protrusion 5 is polished as shown in FIG. 2C. Then, the spinning hole 4 was opened to form a protruding nozzle 6.

Due to variations in the thickness of the fibers, the sizes of the protrusions 5 formed on the spinning surface 2a as shown in FIG. 2B are different, and for this reason, the spinning holes 4 are opened by polishing as shown in FIG. 2C. There are also variations in the area of the tip surfaces of the protrusions 5.

It adheres to the thread and gradually accumulates, causing thread breakage.

First, as shown in FIG. 3a, the spinning face plate 2 of the spinneret 1 is
A large number of nozzle holes 3 (only two are shown in the figure) are cut. Next, as shown in FIG. 3b, each nozzle hole 3 is punched to eliminate variations in cutting. Next, the spinning surface 2a is polished and smoothed by punching as shown in FIG. 3C in order to eliminate the bulge 2b protruding from the spinning surface 2a. Next, using a punch, as shown in FIG. 3d, a narrow spinning hole 4 is formed at the end of each nozzle hole 3, and a protrusion 5 is formed on the spinning surface 2a. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3e, the tips of the numerous protrusions 5 on the spinning surface 2a are polished to open the respective spinning holes 4 and form protruding nozzles 6.

いう優れた効果がある。 In the method for forming a protruding nozzle of the present invention, by punching each nozzle hole 3 that was originally cut, variations in the thickness from the tip of each nozzle 3 to the spinning surface 2a as shown in FIG. 3b can be eliminated. A bulge 2 generated on the spinning surface 2a due to the punching
b is smoothed by polishing the spinning surface 2a as shown in FIG. When formed, the heights of the protrusions 5 are equal, so that the tips of the protrusions 5 are finally polished uniformly to open the spinning holes 4, as shown in Fig. 3e. This has the excellent effect that an ideal protruding nozzle 6 as shown in FIG. 1 can be formed, with the surface area being uniform and extremely small, and the curvature of the tip being extremely small.

It is something that never occurs.

It can be said to be a typical molding method.
