入噴流装置からはそれに応じた洗浄水を供給する
こととなり多量の洗浄水を必要とするものであつ
た。そこで、本発明は粒体の洗浄を速く且つ少量
の洗浄水にて効率的に行うことを目的として、循
環洗浄流路を容器外周に螺旋状に配設したもので
ある。
