相にカムシヤフトを180度以上回転させる必要を
生ずることがあり、これは生産性の向上を図る上

研削すると共に、該各カム駒の研削開始位置に対
応した該カムシヤフトの回転位相を研削順に従つ
て指示する指示手段を設けて、該各カム駒の研削
に先立ち該指示手段により指示される回転位相で
該カムシヤフトを停止待機させ、該各カム駒が
夫々所定の研削開始位置から研削を開始されるよ
うにしたものにおいて、該カムシヤフトの回転位
相と該指示手段で指示される回転位相との間の近
回りの方向が正逆何れであるかを判別する判別手
段を設け、該カムシヤフトを該指示手段で指示さ
れる回転位相に回転させる際、該判別手段で判別
された方向に回転させるようにしたことを特徴と

り該クレードル1を揺動しつつカム駒4の全周に
亘る研削を行い、研削完了後該砥石6を移動し、

号とをワーク回転軸3の駆動モータ13の制御回
路14に入力して、該カムシヤフト5を指示信号
に応じた所定の回転位相に回転して、該位相に停

接して該軸16の半周に亘る判別溝19を形成
し、これと第1リミツトスイツチ18に並設した
第2リミツトスイツチ20とで判別手段15を構
成し、該第2リミツトスイツチ20が該判別溝1
9に挿入される回転位相にカムシヤフト5が存す
る場合はこれに正転と、そうでない場合は逆転と

ムシヤフトは常に近回りに回転されて時間が短縮

該指示手段で指示される回転位相との間の近回り
の方向が正逆何れであるかを判別する判別手段を
設け、該カムシヤフトを該指示手段で指示される
回転位相に回転させる際該判別手段で判別された
方向に回転させるようにしたことを特徴とするカ
ムシヤフトのカム駒研削方法。1.
