The bathtub 6 is fitted into the bathtub fitting opening 33 of the surrounding frame 5 from above, and the outer flange 37 of the bathtub 6 is inserted into the upper protrusion 34 of the bathtub fitting opening 33.
If necessary, a sealing material is interposed between the outer flange 37 having a downward rib 38 at the outer end and the upper protruding edge 34 to provide waterproofing between the peripheral frame 5 and the bathtub 6. There is. Needless to say, in order to obtain the waterproofness required in bathrooms, sealants and other materials that are commonly used for waterproofing in the bathroom field are used.
8. By filling the downward opening groove 31, etc., the joint part between the floor pan 1, the large waist wall 3a and the small waist wall 3b, the apron 4, the joint part between the large waist wall 3a and the small waist wall 3b, and the small waist The connecting portion between the wall 3b and the apron 4 and the connecting portion between the apron 4 and the surrounding frame 5 are each made waterproof, thereby achieving waterproof performance in the bathroom unit. By the way, among the above-mentioned members, the floor pan 1, waist wall 3, apron 4, surrounding frame 5, etc. are made of foamed synthetic resin such as foamed polyethylene, various artificial stone materials, etc. Synthetic resin is used to form an uneven pattern 65 on the inner surface of each member such as the floor pan 1, waist wall 3, apron 4, and peripheral frame 5. Of course, other materials than those mentioned above may be used, and members made of these materials may be combined as appropriate. Moreover, the large waist wall 3a and the small waist wall 3b can be cut, and the entrance/exit is formed by cutting any part of the large waist wall 3a to the small waist wall 3b according to the site. An entrance/exit door frame is attached to the cut part. On the other hand, the wall finishing material 66 is finished so that a gap 67 is created between the upper surface of the upper frame portion 2 of the waist wall 3 and the wall finishing material 66, and between the horizontal piece 28 of the peripheral frame 5 and the wall finishing material 66. This is what we do. Here, a cushioning material 68 such as a foamed rubber material is interposed in the gap 67 to maintain watertightness and airtightness, and the cushioning material 68 also protects the waist wall 3, peripheral frame 5, etc. (especially these). (If the member is made of synthetic resin) It is designed to absorb expansion and contraction so that the wall finishing material 66 is not affected by expansion and contraction. FIG. 15 shows examples of construction of the wall finishing material 66. That is, in the case of FIG. 15a, a base frame 71 made of metal such as aluminum is attached to a base plate 70 attached to a pillar 69, a stud, etc., and an asphalt felt 72, lath mortar 73,
Apply the pasting mortar 7 in the order of pasting mortar 74.
4, a tile serving as a wall finishing material 66 is attached. In this case, the lath mortar 73, pasting mortar 74, etc. are placed on the horizontal piece 75 of the base frame 71, and the lower end of the base frame 71 is placed on the cushion material 68.
It is in contact with Another embodiment is shown in FIG. 15b, where 76 is made of concrete or C.
It is a structure of B structure, 77 is base mortar, 7
8 is a furring base, and 79 is a furring. Another embodiment is shown in FIG. 15c, in which a waterproof plywood 80 is attached to the rim 79, and a wall panel, which is a wall finishing material 66, is attached to this. Here, waterproof plywood 8
An L-shaped receiving member 81 is attached to the lower end of the
The serrated protrusion 86 of the L-shaped edge treatment member 87 is fitted into a locking groove 88 having serrated projections of the receiving member 81 to close the end. Further, FIG. 15 d shows an example in which a wall panel, which is a wall finishing material 66, is attached to a concrete 76 or C/B structure structure using the same dry construction method as in FIG. 15 c.
Note that FIG. 16 shows an example in which the apron 4 and the peripheral frame 5 are integrally formed. By the way, the surrounding frame 5 used in the present invention is provided with a drain groove 30 with a water slope as described above, and hot water overflowing from the bathtub 6 is drained from this drain groove 30. The peripheral frame 5 is sloped from the upper edge 34 that receives the outer flange 37 of the bathtub 6 to the drain groove 30 side so that the drain groove 30 side is downward, so that hot water flows smoothly into the drain groove 30. It exists as a structure. Furthermore, if the horizontal piece 28 of the surrounding frame 5 is also sloped slightly downward so that the drain groove 30 side is at the bottom, hot water that has entered the horizontal piece 28 side can be drained into the drain groove 30. . At this time, the upper surface of the upper frame portion 2 of the waist wall 3 may also be slightly sloped so that the front side is downward. As already mentioned, the upper surface of the floor pan 1 has two tiers, and the lower tier is sloped downward toward the recessed part 9 to which the grates 12 are attached, so that hot water can flow smoothly toward the recessed part 9. The storage section 82, which is the upper level, is sloped downward toward the lower level, so that hot water can flow smoothly to the lower level. The storeroom 82 is used to store various small items 83 used in the bathroom, and if necessary, a soap store 84 exclusively for soap may be provided in the corner. If the upper level is used as the storage area 82 in this way, the hot water that flows when washing the body will be stopped by the step and will not splash on the small items 83.
3. There is no risk of washing it away with hot water. In addition, small items 83 can be collected and organized in one place.

It has the advantage that it can be assembled on-site using the knock-down method, and can be transported compactly without being bulky, improving transport efficiency.
In addition, by using the prefabricated type, a variety of combinations of bathroom components are possible. In particular, since the bathtub is fitted into the surrounding frame, the surrounding frame can form a wide horizontal flange around the bathtub, allowing In addition to giving you a relaxing bathing feeling, it can be combined with commercially available bathtubs, such as commercially available stainless steel, enamelled,
The advantage is that you can freely select and combine bathtubs made of various materials such as FRP. Furthermore, by making the entire product assemblable rather than integrally molded, it is possible to use materials that could not be used with conventional integral molding.
Furthermore, when replacing a bathtub, conventionally it was necessary to replace the entire bathtub, but with the present invention, replacement can be done by simply removing the bathtub from the surrounding frame. In addition, in particular, three waist walls and an apron are erected around the four circumferences of the floor pan by inserting downward fitting protrusions into the upward opening grooves, and vertical protrusions are fitted into the vertical grooves so that the waist walls and the waist Since the wall and apron are connected and the peripheral frame is connected to the apron by fitting the downward opening groove into the upward fitting protrusion, we recommend the above-mentioned knock-down method on-site to connect the floor pan, waist wall, and apron. , and has the advantage that it can be easily and quickly connected to the surrounding frame, and because the grooves and protrusions fit together, the connection can be made while improving the sealing performance between each member. It is something.
