点があつた。 Conventionally, the floor pan, apron, surrounding frame, and bathtub were integrally molded using FRP, or in addition, the waist wall was also integrally molded. For this reason, the entire bathtub had a single color and was bulky, making transportation inefficient.Furthermore, since the bathtub was integrated with the floor pan and apron, it was impossible to replace just the bathtub. In addition, the method of finishing the floor with tiles had the disadvantage of requiring waterproofing work on the floor.

おくものである。 In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes a peripheral frame, which has a rectangular shape in plan view, and has a substantially rectangular opening 33 in the center for fitting into the bathtub.
As shown in FIG. 11, upper and lower edges of the bathtub fitting opening 33 are provided with an upper and lower edge 34 and a lower edge 35, respectively. A standing wall portion 27 is erected across the left and right edges and the back edge of the peripheral frame 5, and since the standing wall portion 27 extends over the left and right edges and the back edge in this way, it has a U-shape in plan view. It's connected. A horizontal piece 28 extends rearward from the upper end of the standing wall portion 27, and a draining projection 29 is further provided upwardly projecting from the rear end of the horizontal piece 28. A drain groove 30 is recessed in the peripheral frame 5 along the inside of the vertical wall portion 27. The level of the bottom surface of the drain groove 30 is lower as it approaches the end of the front edge of the peripheral frame 5 where the standing wall 27 is not provided (the end of one side of the side where the connection to the apron 4 described later is provided). The hot water in the drain 30 flows from the end of the drain 30 to the floor pan 1.
It is made to flow to the side. As shown in FIG. 11, a downward opening groove 31 with a downward opening is recessed in the lower surface of the front edge end of the peripheral frame 5, and a downward protrusion 32 hangs downward slightly behind the downward opening 31. A plurality of protruding ribs 36 are provided from the lower end of the downward protruding rim 32 toward the lower protruding edge 35 of the bathtub fitting opening 33 of the peripheral frame 5. Furthermore, projecting ribs 36 are provided on both side lower surfaces and rear lower surface of the peripheral frame 5 from the lower protruding edge 35 to the outer end. 6 in the figure is a bathtub, and an outer flange 37 is provided around the upper opening.
A downward rib 38 is vertically provided at the outer end thereof. However, the floor pan 1 with the above configuration
, three waist walls 3 erected and connected to three of the four peripheries of the floor pan 1, and an apron 4 erected and connected to the remaining one of the four peripheries of the floor pan 1. A bathroom unit is formed by assembling a peripheral frame 5 whose front end is connected to the upper end of the apron 4 and a bathtub 6 fitted into the peripheral frame 5. Each of the above-mentioned members is assembled on site, but in this case, a pedestal 39 is installed in the bathroom, and the components are assembled on this pedestal 39. The pedestal 39 is made of metal and has a floor pan support frame 40 as shown in FIG.
, a peripheral frame support frame part 41, and a continuous frame part 42 that connects the floor pan support frame part 40 and the peripheral frame support frame part 41. Lower horizontal pieces 44 of a substantially Z-shaped floor pan mounting bracket 43 are attached to both sides of the floor pan support frame 40. In this case, it is attached to the lower horizontal piece 44 with a bolt 47 using a horizontally long hole 46 that becomes elongated toward the stepped piece 45 side. Also, floor pan mounting bracket 4
The upper horizontal piece 48 of 3 is provided with a vertically long hole 49 that is elongated in a direction perpendicular to the horizontally long hole 46 . The peripheral frame support frame part 41 has a box frame shape, and the rectangular upper frame at the top is located at a higher position than the floor pan support frame part 40. This upper frame is formed into a rectangular shape by four upper frame members, and the peripheral frame support frame portion 41
The side upper frame member 50 is slightly lower than the other upper frame member 51. Here, an L-shaped peripheral frame mounting bracket 52 is attached to another upper frame member 51 facing the upper frame member 50. Therefore, when assembling, the floor pan 1 is placed on the floor pan support frame 40 of the pedestal 39, and the floor pan 1 is
The two downward fitting protrusions 15 of the small waist wall 3b, the downward fitting protrusions 15 of the large waist wall 3a, and the downward fitting protrusions 15 of the apron 4 are provided in the upward opening grooves 8 on the four circumferences of the
and attach two small waist walls 3 to the 4 peripheral edges of the floor pan 1.
b, one large waist wall 3a, and one apron 4 are erected. In this case, the bolt insertion hole 16 of the lower frame portion 14 and the vertical notch 13 communicate with each other, and the portion of the bolt insertion hole 16 and the vertical notch 13 that communicate with each other communicates with the vertical hole 49 of the floor pan mounting bracket 43. In this case, a bolt 53 is inserted through the bolt insertion hole 16 and tightened with a nut 54, and the bolt insertion hole 16 is connected to
A portion of the vertical notch 13 that does not communicate with the vertical hole 49 is connected with a claw nut 55 and a bolt 56. At this time, the claw nut 55
The nails of the floor pans 1 dig into them. On the other hand, the vertical convex portions 19 on both sides of the small waist wall 3b are the vertical grooves 1 of the large waist wall 3a.
8 and the vertical groove 18 of the apron 4, the bolt insertion hole 22 and the horizontal cutout 23 are communicated with each other, and the bolt 57 and the claw nut 58 are used for connection. Next, the peripheral frame 5 is placed on the peripheral frame support frame 41, the downward opening groove 31 of the peripheral frame 5 is fitted into the upward fitting protrusion 25 of the apron 4, and the vertical convex portion 1 of the small waist wall 3b is fitted.
The upper end of the frame 9 is fitted into the vertical recess 21 of the peripheral frame 5. On the other hand, from the downward protrusion 32 to the tapping screw 5
9 is screwed in and fixed to the upper frame part 2 of the apron 4, and the holes 60 at both ends of the peripheral frame 5 and the small waist wall 3
The uppermost bolt insertion hole 22 of the bolt insertion holes 22 b is connected to the bolt 61 and the nut 62 to fix the bolt insertion hole 22 . Further, the peripheral frame mounting bracket 52 is screwed onto the protruding rib 36 by a tapping screw 63, as shown in FIG. 17d. Here, the circumferential frame 5 has a plurality of protruding ribs 36 provided on the outer circumferential portion of the lower surface thereof, which are mounted on the upper frame members 50 and 51 of the circumferential frame support frame portion 41. The bathtub 6 is fitted into the bathtub fitting opening 33 of the surrounding frame 5 from above, and the outer flange 37 of the bathtub 6 is fitted into the upper rim 34 of the bathtub fitting opening 33. A sealing material may be interposed between the outer flange 37 having the downward rib 38 at the outer end and the upper protruding edge 34. By the way, among the above-mentioned members, the floor pan 1, waist wall 3, apron 4, surrounding frame 5, etc. are made of foamed synthetic resin such as foamed polyethylene, various artificial stone materials, etc. Synthetic resin is used to form an uneven pattern 65 on the inner surface of each member such as the floor pan 1, waist wall 3, apron 4, and peripheral frame 5. Of course, other materials than those listed above may be used.
Members made of these materials may be combined as appropriate. Also, the large waist wall 3a and the small waist wall 3b can be cut, and the entrance/exit is through this large waist wall 3a.
It is formed by cutting an arbitrary part of the small waist wall 3b depending on the situation at the site, and an entrance/exit door frame is attached to this cut part. On the other hand, the wall finishing material 66 is finished so that a gap 67 is created between the upper surface of the upper frame portion 2 of the waist wall 3 and the wall finishing material 66, and between the horizontal piece 28 of the peripheral frame 5 and the wall finishing material 66. This is what we do. Here, a cushioning material 68 such as a foamed rubber material is interposed in the gap 67 to maintain watertightness and airtightness, and the cushioning material 68 also protects the waist wall 3, peripheral frame 5, etc. (especially these). (If the member is made of synthetic resin) It is designed to absorb expansion and contraction so that the wall finishing material 66 is not affected by expansion and contraction. FIG. 18 shows an example of the construction of the wall finishing material 66. That is, the first
In the case of Fig. 8, a base frame 71 made of metal such as aluminum is attached to a base plate 70 attached to a pillar 69, a stud, etc., and asphalt felt 72, lath mortar 73, and pasting mortar 74 are applied to the base plate 70 in this order. Tiles, which are the wall finishing material 66, are attached to the attached mortar 74. In this case, the lath mortar 73, the pasting mortar 74, etc. rest on the horizontal piece 75 of the base frame 71, and the base frame 71
The lower end of is in contact with the cushion material 68. As already mentioned, the upper surface of the floor pan 1 has two tiers, and the upper tier serves as a storeroom 82, in which various small items used in the bathroom are placed.

Since the interior unit of the bathroom is constructed, each part can be assembled on-site and the interior unit can be assembled using a dry process, so the color and material of each part can be freely selected during assembly, and the entire unit is molded in one piece, unlike conventional methods. It is possible to create a variety of combinations of bathroom components compared to traditional bathtubs, especially by freely selecting commercially available bathtubs (bathtubs made of various materials and colors such as stainless steel, hollow metal, and FRP) and combining them with bathtub components. A certain combination can be made. In addition, the rectangular peripheral frame has a connection part with the apron on the bottom side of one side, and short standing walls projecting upward on the remaining three sides.
Even if hot water overflows from the bathtub flows onto the top surface of the surrounding frame, the short standing wall prevents it from flowing to any side other than the one side where the connection with the apron is provided. This prevents hot water from entering the walls of the bathroom, especially the connection between the standing wall and the lower end of the wall. These are separate bodies, and the vertical walls provided on the three sides of the peripheral frame are short, so they can be packed and transported in a small and compact size. Furthermore, a waist wall or wall can be formed using a dry construction method by connecting paneled waist walls or wall panels above the periphery of the floor pan, or a waist wall or wall can be constructed using a wet construction method, such as by finishing tiles above the periphery of the floor pan. In addition, a wall can be formed using a dry construction method by connecting wall panels above the low standing walls protruding from three sides of the surrounding frame, or a short standing wall can be formed using a dry construction method. It is possible to wet-form a wall with a tile finish, etc. above the wall.In this case, the height of the standing wall is particularly low, so the proportion of the standing wall in the entire wall is small. When panel finishing or tile finishing is selected on-site, the effect on the wall appearance of the standing wall portion is minimized, and a variety of wall finishes can be freely selected on-site. As described above, in the present invention, interior construction work for walls and wall panels can be freely selected.
