Separation of shredded tobacco from cigarettes called cigarettes, double-length cigarettes with a filter still attached to the center, etc. is extremely inefficient. Furthermore, the apparatus described in the former publication has difficulty in large-scale processing, and the quality of recovered shredded tobacco deteriorates due to wetness, and the wrapping paper and filter are broken into fluff, reducing the efficiency of separation from shredded tobacco. Furthermore, the device described in the latter publication is large in length, and the separation characteristics of shredded tobacco are not necessarily satisfactory.

A plurality of release plates 37 are fixedly attached at appropriate intervals, and on the outer periphery of each distribution plate 32, a plurality of release plates 37 are fixedly attached with a large number of protrusions 36 in a direction perpendicular to the inner circumferential surface. On the other hand, each release plate 3 is arranged in a ring adjacent to the shape gradually expanding outward along the rotation direction of the distribution plate 32 (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3).
The gap between the adjacent starting end and ending end of 7 is the opening 38
is formed. Although four release plates 37 are shown in the drawing, two to six or more release plates 37 may be provided. In addition, the periphery of the distribution plate 32 and the release plate 3
Although the distance from the opening 38 differs between the starting end and the ending end of the release plate, it is preferable that the average width is about 25 cm, and the width of the opening 38 is about 20 cm. In addition, it is preferable to use a round bar with a diameter of about 6 to 18 mm for the protrusion 36 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the release plate 37, but as shown in the partial plan view of the release plate 37 in FIG. Alternatively, the protrusion 36 may have a semicircular cross section or a protrusion of any other suitable shape. However, it is desirable that the surface of the upper protrusion be rounded to prevent excessive crushing of the object to be processed. The mounting interval between these protrusions 36, 36a is usually 10 to 50 mm.

のたばこ刻み解放装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. Cigarettes to be released into shredded tobacco are placed on the topmost dispersing disc of a rotating dispersing disc that is arranged in multiple stages vertically within a release cylinder and has dispersing blades radially arranged around the circumference. The cigarettes are supplied and scattered by impact with the dispersing blade, and a plurality of release plates are provided around the outer periphery of each dispersing plate, the terminal end of which is set outward from the starting end along the rotating direction of the dispersing plate. The cigarette is rotated along the release plate which is arranged in a ring adjacent to the shape of the cigarette, and while the cigarette is being rotated, it collides with the protrusions attached to the inner peripheral surface of each release plate to remove some of the shredded tobacco from the cigarette. The partially released cigarette is taken out from the opening between the starting end and the ending end of the adjacent release plate, and is released by a separation tube provided between the release tube and the opening. Separate the shredded tobacco from the unreleased shredded tobacco,
The unreleased shredded tobacco is dropped onto the lower rotary dispersion plate, and after repeating the method of releasing the shredded tobacco from the cigarettes several times in the same manner as described above, the shredded tobacco separated by the separation tube and the shredded tobacco on the bottom stage are separated. 1. A method for releasing shredded tobacco from a cigarette, which comprises separating the shredded tobacco from a wrapping paper or a filter using a separation means from a processed article taken out from an opening of a release plate. 2. A rotating shaft is vertically supported in the center of the open cylinder with a supply hopper installed at the top, and distributing plates with multiple separation blades radially arranged around the rotating shaft are arranged in multiple stages. Then, a plurality of release plates each having a plurality of protrusions attached to the outer periphery of each distribution plate in a direction perpendicular to the inner circumferential surface are arranged such that the terminal end thereof spreads outward along the rotational direction of the distribution plate with respect to the starting end. A separation cylinder is provided in a ring adjacent to the shape, and has a large number of openings between the release plate and the release cylinder except for the bottom stage, and is directed toward the center of each distribution plate below the lower end of the separation cylinder. A device for releasing shredded tobacco from cigarettes, characterized in that a chute having an inclined surface is provided, and a falling path for shredded tobacco separated by a separation cylinder is formed between the release cylinder, the separation cylinder and the outer periphery of the chute. .
