【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は弛止めナツトの製法に関するもの
で、合成樹脂を表面に被覆して回転するローラー
か、無数の微小噴出口より合成樹脂を表面に噴出
して回転するローラーか、合成樹脂噴出被覆装置
等の何れかでナツトのねじ孔に直角な1面以上を
押圧して合成樹脂を被覆すると共にねじ孔に流入
させてねじ部に合成樹脂被膜を被覆形成して作る
弛止めナツトの製法に関するものである。ナツト
の螺設部に合成樹脂被膜を形成して置くと防錆は
勿論のことナツトの螺軸に対する緊縮を一層強固
に行なえるものである。従来ナツトの螺設部に合
成樹脂被膜を施こすには、いちいち手で合成樹脂
溶液を被覆してから取付けて居り多大な材料と労
力とを要した。本発明は従来の欠点を解決すると
共に極めて簡単な方法で均一な製品を大量生産で
きる事を特徴としたナツトのねじ面の合成樹脂被
膜の成形法に関するもので、以下本発明の一例を

液をねじの表面に被覆する。次にローラー8の直
下を通過したナツト10の頭上よりノズル12で
圧搾空気を吹付けてナツト10の頭部やねじ孔に
附着した合成樹脂液をねじ孔に降下させて拡散さ
せねじ面を均一な膜厚の合成樹脂被膜で被覆し此
を常温の自然乾燥に依つて硬化させるか、加熱炉
内を通過させるかしてねじの表面を被覆した合成

の焼付は被覆物質の状態に依つて樹脂の被覆前又
