体に穿設した板状のガイド溝に摺動自在に配置し
たものにあつては、気化器本体のガイド溝の一部
が板状部でしかも板状部の板厚が比較的薄い(例
えば3mm〜5mm)ことからこの板状ガイド溝の加
工にドリル作業ができない及び気化器本体成形時
に鋳抜き作業ができない為にその製造が困難で高
価なものになるものであつた。

長手軸心方向に沿つた側面より側方に突出して設
けた板状のガイド部と、により形成される負圧作
動弁と、中央上部に中央筒部を有し、中央筒部の
両側方でかつ下方には板状部を有し、中央筒部に
は負圧作動弁のベンチユリー形成部を摺動案内す
るベンチユリー形成部ガイド溝を穿設するととも
に板状部にそれぞれ負圧作動弁の板状のガイド部
を摺動案内する為の板状のガイド溝と、が形成さ
れたガイド部材と;気化器本体に穿設され、大気
室凹部の上部開口よりガイド部材の中央筒部と同
形状で吸気道に開口する中央筒溝と、中央筒溝の
側方に延出して大気室凹部の上部開口より吸気道
の略底部迄延びるガイド部材の板状部と同形状の
板状溝と、よりなるガイド溝を備え、気化器本体
のガイド溝内にガイド部材を嵌合配置し、ガイド
ド部材のベンチユリー形成部ガイド溝、板状のガ
イド溝、内に負圧作動弁のベンチユリー形成部、
板状のガイド部を摺動自在に配置してなる定真空
式気化器の製造方法。
